Large, cosy apartment block "Alexander". In the resort, 250 m from the centre, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the lake, 1 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the grounds. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 3.5 km, thermal baths "Alpentherme Gastein" 300 m, bathing lake 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Nearby attractions: Gasteiner Heilstollen, Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schlossalm Bad Hofgastein, Stubnerkogel Bad Gastein, Sportgastein. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Römer", 4-room apartment 60 m2 on 4th floor. Object suitable for 6 adults. Simple furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), DVD. Proper apratment in lovely town

The apartment is big - it has 3 small separate bedrooms, one big and spacious living room and seperate kitchen. The disadvantage is just one bathroom when you go in a group of 6 persons. In general the apartment is clean, when you look closer at some shelves then you can find some dust, but it is not a big problem. Within a walking distance you have a skibus, thermal baths and markets. In the kitchen I only missed a cutting board. Contact with the owner was really good.

I came back to the apartment after the previous stay. It is big (although just one bathroom), has a good location. But we had some problems with heat in the apartment. We contacted Interhome, someone was supposted to come, but nothing happened. We had to deal on our own, that's why I rate it as "so so" and not "ok".

Lage gut, Wohnung alt

Die Wohnung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Einrichtung ist alt bis abgewohnt. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich - Zugang zu den zwei kleineren Schlafräumen durch den Schrank. Das dritte Zimmer hat - anders als auf den Bildern nicht zu erkennen - ein Fenster. Der Balkon liegt in Richtung Süden. Zufahrt zur Garage zu knapp mit 1,75 Metern. Anzugshaube total verdreckt und wurde auf Nachfrage nicht gereinigt. Kein Licht. Das Licht über dem Waschbecken im Bad war auch defekt. Lage an einem Park gut.

Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe na narty lub wycieczki górskie. Spokojne miejsce, w pełni wyposażone. Pokoiki malutkie ale czego trzeba ? Salon obszerny więc i tak wszyscy spotykaliśmy się tam właśnie. Miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane, skibus obok domy. Do centrum miasta spacerkiem 10 min. Polecam narciarzom !

het is een wat oudere woning met 3 kleine slaapkamers. de bedden waren netjes opgemaakt, alleen was er minimaal schoongemaakt. als je onder de bank of kastjes keek lag er nog afval :( de eethoek is prima voor 6 personen. de bank en stoel voor 4, maximaal 5 met wat kleinere personen.

Sehr altes Möbiliar und Ausstattung

Teppich, Wände , Kissen schmutzig und defekt. Ausstattung wie Fön, Kaffemaschine, Mülleimer etc. sehr schmutzig, klebrig. Betten alt, Etc. Handtücher alt, dafür extraPreis unverschämt! Preis insgesamt unangemessen hoch. Lage gut, Vermietung, übergabe ok Unbedingt mit den Vermietern klären!
