Welcome to The Moorings #22!

This 3rd-floor condo is everything you need to unwind. Start every day on the private screened balcony listening to the birds in the maritime forest.
You'll have access to two beautifully furnished bedrooms, both with queen beds. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious spa bathroom, while the second bedroom shares a hall bath.
Mealtime is a breeze in the fully-equipped kitchen, with both a breakfast bar and a dining table to serve. Enjoy a short stroll to Beach Village with easy walk-on beach access. For those who prefer lounging by the pool, The Moorings has a saltwater pool that is heated in winter and cooled in summer! At the pool, you'll find a cabana with a refrigerator, icemaker, running water, and restrooms. There are also 4 charcoal grills located around the pool deck.
End each day where you started, on the balcony to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the marina!

Accommodates 4

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

There is also an elevator from the parking garage for guest use.

Guests have access to the community pool and 4 grill areas.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Fantastic Condo!

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was so nice we almost didn’t want to go out. All of the furniture was very comfortable and it was really clean. It is in a great location. The pool is also very nice. i hope to stay here again in the near future.

Great for families wanting to get away!

This property was very clean and well kept. We only stayed a weekend but it would be a great place to stay longer. As an added bonus, it was walking distance to a great waterside restaurant. We had a great time!

Great condo and location

This condo was beautiful. We were right at the marina which made it convenient to get on the boat. The pool area is very nice! We will stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Perfect Condo

This condo was great for my coworker and I on the island. It has TV’s in each bedroom so we didn’t have to be together the whole time and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The screened porch was a nice place to hang out.

Great place… mgmt co could be a little better

The location of the property is perfect; It’s very central and generally quiet. Friendly neighbors, also. The check-in was confusing… there is a parking garage that says you need a permit, but you don’t. Also, the door code is whatever they set it to PLUS the lock icon. The only negatives were very small things, and all fell on the mgmt company.

Nice condo

Nice location if you seek quiet and away from the tourists. High ceilings, big rooms including shower/bath area. Kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils, plates, cups/glasses. Back porch overlooks marsh. One local seafood restaurant is just a 5 minute walk which overlooks marina. The only reason property was not given a 5 is that the waste dumpster is shared with restaurant and it was nasty to step into to deposit trash. I felt like I needed to throw away my footwear’s after having to step into wet, ,God -knows-what. Property needs its own dumpster. Overall nice stay.

we got there ..a bag of towels and a small.bag of trash was at the door..we assumed housekeeping would get...however it was still there when we left this morning...was advertised to have set up of toliet paper,paper towels,soap,dish soap,dishwasher pods,coffee...however none of that was there....the inside of the condo was clean and the rooms were nice...we wanted to get away for some R&R that we accomplished..pool area was nice and clean and of course zacharys was within walking distance food was good also the wings from Red Bugs

I wish you would have immediately informed us that you didn't have the bathroom and kitchen supplies rather than waiting until you checked out, we would have delivered them to you within a few minutes. Also, the same holds true for the towels and small bag of trash, if you would have brought that to our attention when you checked in, we would have seen to within minutes. It's hard to correct something when you are not aware of it. Otherwise, I am glad you had an enjoyable trip and hope you will come back soon.
