This beautiful home features 3 large bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms all on one level. The King Master suite has an ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and sliding doors to the screened in Lanai and Heated Pool. The Master is located on one end of the property for privacy and separation from the other two guest bedrooms. A Queen bedroom and Twin(2) Bedroom make for a cozy and comfortable stay for the entire family (sleeps 6). Memory foam beds and high end linens offer the utmost in quality and comfort.

Fully applianced and stocked kitchen, multiple comfortable gathering spaces, and an outdoor space not to be missed. The screened in heated pool and lanai features plenty of seating and outdoor dining space for the entire family. The Fenced and secure yard complete the outdoor space with plenty of room to roam.

Fantastic place in Sarasota!!!

My family and I spent a fabulous vacation time at Erica's. Everything is very clean and tidy. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The sunlight is terrific. Communication with Erika was amazing!! Highly recommend this vacation spot in Florida!

Great house close to beaches

We really enjoyed our stay, perfect size for our family (2 adults, 2 teens & 2 dogs). House had everything we needed, was clean and decorated cute. A short 20 minute drive to Siesta Key and close to shopping and dining. I would recommend!

Nice place and great location

The property is centrally located with easy access to Siesta Key, Lido Key, and downtown Sarasota. The property is very clean and the pool is great. The best attractions and activities for the area are all within a twenty to thirty minute drive.

Great pool home

My wife and I really enjoyed the spacious home. The pool area and hot tub are great. Erika was very prompt with replies to any question and helpful with suggestions on local places to eat

Wonderful house!

Very clean and comfortable house. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We enjoyed the pool and spa and my dog loved the fenced back yard.

Sarasota vacation

This is a lovely home. We found the location to be very convenient for trips to the beach, restaurants, airport and sight seeing. The house was very clean and had most everything we required for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would definitely choose to rent this house when we return

The property was well maintained. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Concern upon arrival with patio door. Within 2 hours of arriving, it was repaired. Erika was wonderful with communication. Beds were comfortable. We will certainly stay here again.

Good house and location!

Loved the location. Right down the street was Bobby Jones nature trail. We could walk our dog there and in the neighborhood. Other favorite spots to hike and bird was Celery Fields and Lido Beach. The host was accommodating, helpful and readily accessible. The house and yard accommodations were great for us and our dog. Loved the hot tub and pool too.

Great amenities and price!

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved having the pool the house was spacious (we only used half of the house, lol). It was just what we were looking for! The neighborhood was quiet and residential while being close to everything. Host was responsive and personable. The only thing we weren't crazy about is the lawn wasn't cut till the day before we left so it was long during our stay and the front bush was so overgrown we were walking through it. I loved that there was laundry, towels, and trash. It felt like a "move-in ready" house. Definitely happy we choose this location! Thank you!!

Good Communication

Appreciated the communication with the property manager. She provided video of how to operate spa, which was quite helpful. There was a problem with fruit flies, which was dealt with immediately. Enjoyed our stay in Sarasota.

Perfect central location in Sarasota

The listing doesn’t lie. Everything is as it looks and better. Very nice personal, comfort touches. There was nothing we wanted and didn’t find. The house is very nicely updated and was the perfect location for gathering with our local families. Primary suite is very nicely nice and spacious and the bed was super comfy. This was my first VRBO rental and I’m sold!! Will definitely do this again. Thanks to our Hosts at making our stay so special

We LOVED our stay!

We chose this house for proximity to family. The layout of the house was AWESOME for our family with this being the first time we booked a house with our parents to visit - they were able to take the master & us & our daughter were able to be on the other end of the house to provide privacy/accommodate other sleep schedules. The layout was functional for all of us to relax without being piled on top of each other & having our own pool was a massive bonus. Shouts out to a phenomenal kitchen/appliances and tools to cook as well; we were impressed with items available & space to cook together, including the always forgotten tea drinkers! For someone that travels with their own tea, we appreciated the tea kettle immensely! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to easily travel to all of our local favorites - my daughter has already requested we secure our dates for next year! 💗 Also, SUPER fast responses from the owner helped with questions!

Disappointed

The property was perfect except for one, major disappointment. The pool and the hot tub were out-of-commission the entire time we were there. The heater was not working and couldn't be fixed in a timely manner. Since the pool and hot tub were the major reasons we booked the property, it not working was a major inconvenience. We loved the house and the neighborhood, and the hostess did refund some of our money, however we felt she should have made sure everything was in good working condition prior to our arrival.

Clean but average place

It did not have many reviews so it was harder to figure out the quality of the house. It was clean but it appears to be in the process of being updated. The master bath and kitchen were nice but the rest of the place needs updating. The walls need painted and rooms could use some updating. The pillows were super cheap as an example. It is not a bad place but I prefer a bit nicer. The listing seems accurate so it might just be my own preference. A bit slow on the communication but she was friendly.

Left 1 day earlier than we paid for!

Home was not clean trash cans were full no instructions how to work hot tub the tv is Roku we have cable at home wasn’t going to pay for apps to watch shows we wanted to. Furniture and beds were not comfortable. The posted photos are nothing like the house and pool look like bottom line we left 1 day earlier than we paid for and didn’t use pool or hot tub that should tell you how much we enjoyed staying there. It was a waste of money we’ll just stay with hotels/resorts from now on it. It’s the 1st time we’ve ever rented from Vrbo and probably the last!!!!

Comfortable and Convenient

We were attending an event at Nathan Bendersen Park. The location was convenient and allowed us to return to the house to cool off between races--much needed in the July heat. We also appreciated the convenience to grocery stores and other retail areas. Everything was clean and comfortable.

US Junior National Championships - Nathan Benderson

Great place! Very clean. Our son was participating in the racing at Nathan Benderson. This house is about 10 minutes away from the course. The kitchen was perfect to make meals each day. Loved having a grill and laundry to clean uniforms each day. Pool is smaller and a nice way to refresh after a hot day. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The drive to grocery, Starbucks, or restaurants is quick and easy. My husband worked from the house and had no issue with WiFi. We would definitely stay here again when we are back for more racing. Homeowner seems very attentive and easy to work with via text/call.
