South Mountain Resort invites you to enjoy everything the northeast countryside has to offer. Enjoy a drive that takes you through lush forests, vintage logging roads and across authentic-Indian hunting trails that will give you the experience of a lifetime.

Approximately 336 square feet, this state of the art studio features 1 King Bed in the living area including a partial kitchen, bathroom and fireplace. Maximum of 2 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Refrigerator, Stove/Range and Wheelchair Accessible

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. ET, and check-out time is 10 a.m. ET. The nearest airport to South Mountain Resort is Manchester, NH which is 80 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at South Mountain Resort we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per suite.

No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. However, pets are permitted in RV parks only.

Great Location and Place

This space was wonderful and the bed was amazing. The whirlpool was an added bonus after hiking too! The location is great - within walking distance to many restaurants and short driving distances to many of the scenic sights in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice studio. Big comfortable king bed. Very nice bathroom with huge shower and a great big soaking hot tub. We hiked another 4000 footer and saw some great foliage. Lincoln was very busy due to Columbus Day weekend. The pool and jacuzzi were also terrific. We would stay here again for sure.

Short getaway

This is a very nice area to visit with good restaurants in the area and easy access to get to places to visit with or without children. The condo was very well maintained and stocked with necessities. The only disappointment was that both pools were closed. We would go back.

It was a great property! However, something was not communicated properly through the hotel and VRBO. We did have to switch rooms halfway through our stay cause they thought we were out on the 12th and not the 14th. Even though we checked in and they had us down for the 14th. Hopefully next time things between both parties will communicate better! But overall, great stay!

I was required to change condos half way through my stay without prior notification from Vrbo or the resort itself. I received a phone call at 9;50pm telling me I had to remove my belongings by 10am and could not check back in until 4pm. I had bought food that needed to be refrigerated and was wasted.

Noisy Room, off of the Lobby

This "resort" was under renovation when we arrived, so a good portion of the parking lot was not usable. Our original room was not available, but the booking agent found us another room, but only for 2 of the 3 nights we had booked. The VRBO folks said not to mention "VRBO" to the front desk and instead asked that we say we were friends with the owner of this timeshare unit, #___. This was the oddest check-in process I have ever experienced. The room was 50 feet off of the lobby, and the way the hallway was designed, all of the noise from the front lobby funneled down to our room. It was noisy until almost 10 p.m. The next morning, starting at 6:45 Am, the people above us, in #___, started stomping back and forth across the room. Thud-thud-thud, thud-thud-thud. Perhaps they were not used to wooden floored buildings, but they were noisy nonetheless. Finally, the overall quality was basic, and this place is fooling you with the "resort" tag. Think Fairfield Inn, but 3x the price. This is a timeshare, and I would not rent it again. If you do, don't rent #___...you will not like it.

Disappointing

I typically never provide negative feedback but in this case it's necessary. The hotel was great and very clean. Staff were more than accommodating and pleasant. The location was perfect. The LISTING, however, was not as shown in any of the online pics. We were given a room facing the parking lot on the first floor. Soaking tub?? Nope...just a shower. And what kitchen?? What was advertised as a fully furnished condo unit was nothing more than a hotel room with an efficiency kitchen space and a queen bed. Not what I paid for whatsoever. I am a regular guy that works hard for his money. I'll never use this service again. I sincerely hope the owner gets a copy of this review.
