Super Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen mit Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Lebensmittelgeschäften in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Sie ist sehr geräumig und sauber gereinigt, aber nicht sehr gemütlich. Der Lichthof sieht leider nicht mehr so schön aus wie auf den Fotos, sondern ungepflegt. Da die Schlafzimmer keine Tageslichtfenster haben, ist es in der Wohnung recht dunkel.

Requested refund. Could not spend the night.

A nightmare from go. A week prior to arrival in Reim, I requested address from host, but she would not give it to us. Was told we would get the address at 3 PM on the day we were going to arrive. We arrived and we had no contact with the host until 4:30 PM when we called Vrbo customer service l. when we entered the unit, The front door was broken there was no working locks. There was a filthy garbage can in the hallway. there was a second entrance hallway door that was also broke without a lock. Security was a major issue and neighborhood was sketchy. When we entered the unit, there was a smell. There was no second form of egress in case of an emergency or fire. There were no windows , we immediately called the host and asked for a refund and she refused. We booked a hotel and then the host call back trying to offer us another location but at that point we did not trust this host. And already paid. highly disappointing Vrbo! Don’t stay here!! No safe!! I would like to state that I have stayed in several other Vrbo’s, that have been wonderful. so I do have experience with using this service.
