I loved the quiet location, the privacy, the serenity and the decor. Everything was very nice, comfy, clean and well maintained. Lots of signage displayed, easy to understand directions. Would stay here again.

Best home we’ve ever stayed in
Best VRBO or Airbnb we have ever stayed in, hands down! The cleanliness, amenities, well stocked, attention to detail, aesthetics and coziness was top notch for a family. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Cozy and Quiet, good for kids and dogs
The property is adorable. It is spacious and has plenty of extras like a kids room with books and toys, an outdoor gas fire, and outdoor table tennis. It is close enough to town but tucked away out in the country. We saw bunnies, deer, bats, and found adorable tiny frogs. Plenty of cozy beds and tons of extra pillows. We enjoyed our stay.
Quick 2 day in & out with family from Texas & Florida (as well as dog). Everything was easy, convenient, well maintained, and well organized. Check in & out was a breeze. Property is in great shape & beautiful. If needing a place in this area, I highly recommend this one.

Beautiful location/very comfortable
I loved the peace and quiet of it all. The trees and flowers. I like that it was gated. There were areas in the road where we had to drive through water that were concerning (esp. I would guess during a rainy season).

Pleasant Stay, Lots of Space.
We had a pleasant, comfortable stay at the Cedars Hideaway. There’s lots of space, and it’s decorated nicely. The kids playroom is an especially nice touch. The grounds are nice, and it was very quiet. That might not be the case if the upstairs guests were loud, but none of the guests made much noise while we were there. There appear to be (3) rental units in the house, one upstairs, this downstairs unit, and then one attached in the back. There’s also a small RV trailer on the property, but it’s unclear whether it’s rented out for guests.
The washing machine was unavailable during our stay, but otherwise the home was well-equipped.
The only negatives were a slightly musty smell that we noticed each time we came in, but it wasn’t awful. The kitchen is irregular, and lacks a dishwasher, but it’s perfectly suitable for most purposes. If you’re used to renting houses with a full kitchen, you may find this somewhat lacking.

Hi, Bryan. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay at Cedars Hideaway. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the spaciousness, decor, kids playroom, quiet grounds, and the rental units on the property. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the washing machine being unavailable during your stay. Additionally, I appreciate you letting us know about the slightly musty smell; this has been reported to our local team for attention. To clarify, the home does feature a full kitchen, though it does not include a dishwasher as part of the amenities. Thank you again for choosing Cedars Hideaway. We hope to host you again in the future!

Lovely Secluded Tranquility
We loved being out in the quiet countryside. The property is spacious both inside and out. Kitchen/eating area is big enough for many cooks at same time. (Note: there is no dishwasher, so we brought paper plates to cut down on that chore.) Very well appointed thru-out, the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. Drawers & cupboards are labeled for easy finding what we needed.
The outdoors 'yard' area is completely fenced/gated. Our little dog loved exploring. The furnished patios were lovely to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The "children's room" (with twinkle lights strung about) was just the ticket for my autistic son. Stocked with games, LOTS of books, arts/crafts supplies etc.
Our only disappointment was that the laundry facilities were not available (Out of Order).

Cedars Hideaway
The pros, large unit. Big living and dining area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It’s also quiet and close to I5 on/off ramp. The cons, the first thing you notice is the musty smell. I assume it’s because it’s not always lived in and it’s the bottom half of the house. After awhile you tend not to notice it maybe because you just get used to it. They know there is an issue because the are air freshener pouches in every room. The unit is furnished with garage sale finds, you can see they didn’t want to spend money on nicer furniture. It’s very tired looking and miss matched. We thought the bed sheets were rough though the mattress was comfortable. The kitchen has quite a bit of cooking items but again all cheap and well used. There wasn’t any oven mits I could find so we used a kitchen towel. The place was clean with the exception of the kitchen. the floors were dirty and countertops had crumbs on them. I should also note it has soft water, which kinda has a slippery feel to it so you had to be careful washing dishes, there is no dishwasher. Over all if you just need a place to meet with some friends or family it works if you don’t mind the cons I have mentioned.

Thanksgiving at Cedars
Great home to reconnect with family and friends in the area after COVID. Lots of room in the kitchen for cooking and eating. Big lot for the kids to explore.
We stayed here five nights and really enjoyed the visit. The place is huge, with all the amenities one could want for an extended stay. Very comfortable furniture, fully functioning washer and dryer, two good sized bathrooms with showers, and outdoor furniture galore. There's really no neighbors within sight and plenty of yard for a dog to explore/do his business. After having stayed a week in the city, we really welcomed the solitude of this stay. There aren't any amenities (restaurants, shops etc) close, but we enjoyed touring LaConner, Anacortes etc a reasonable drive away. We would definitely stay here again.
