Farmhouse on acreage close to town. Beautiful sweeping views of countryside. Overlooking city of Woodlake. Walking distance to park. Sequoia park entrance 25 minutes. Three Rivers 15 minutes. Kaweah Lake 10 minutes. Visalia 15 minutes. Exeter 10 minutes.
City of Woodlake is a safe small community. The community boasts a botanical garden, lots of pocket parks with play structures close to the house, small airport and a variety of unique local dining options.
There is a great 3.3 miles walking trail at the Botanical Garden that goes around Bravo Lake ( ww.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/bravo-lake-trail ) which is .7 miles from house.

Awsome place for a little piece and quite. Large fenced in yard for Rip . Great little town. 3 thumbs up for this place you will not be disappointed.
