Located right on the beach in the center of all that this vibrant little town of Tamarindo has to offer, this newly remodeled One Bedroom Apartment is a rare find. Easily walk to all parts of town and the entire length of the beach in less than 10 minutes.
The restaurant scene and night life is famous for good reason. There are a plethora of small cafes and bakeries, for morning or afternoon meals. There are also some of the very best, high end restaurants in all of Costa Rica. If you love Italian food, you will love Tamarindo as there are more than a dozen world class places to eat. We are originally from Southern California, but have lived all of the US and the world. Have been traveling to and living in Costa Rica for work and pleasure for over 30 years.

Why they chose this property

Playa Tamarindo was one of the first beaches we visited in Costa Rica back in the early 90's. It has changed and grown a lot and while no place is perfect, we love the beach, the winter weather, the food scene and our community of friends. Being right on the beach has many advantages and we love to listen to the ocean at night.

What makes this property unique

Not a lot of apartments located right on the beach or in the center of town. And while this can bring the associated noise of live music and holiday celebrations, the fact that we do not need a car to get around and we can walk right out and swim in the ocean anytime we want, is worth it.
