Great double decker dock! Beautiful view!
DOUBLE DECKER DOCK with upper level gate for jumping off and room for your boat!! Nestled in the trees in a quiet cove, enjoy great views of the lake from one of the rocking chairs on the screened porch up at the house or off the double-decker dock. This home is comfortable and modern while retaining the old-time charm of cottages from your childhood memories. Ceiling fans in every room and porches. We are on a wooded lot with lots of woods next door for exploring.
A PUBLIC BOAT RAMP is less than 5 minutes away!
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom has king bed with private bath.
Bedroom 2: King bed with private bath.
Bedroom 3: Queenbed with shared hall bath.
Bedroom 4: King bed with private bath.
Bedroom 5:Twin bunk beds with shared hall bath.
Handicap Access: The paved driveway down to the dock provides easy access for those with mobility challenges. All steps can be avoided, but the driveway has a slope and the dock ramps can be steep depending on the water level, so some assistance may be necessary.
PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR HOME AS A 'PARTY HOUSE'.
