Country Living on Acreage with Pond

Our home features a large yard with fire pit, picnic area and scenic pond. Spend your evenings fishing for crappie and bass off the dock in our fully stocked pond, picnic under the trees, or roast smores in the fire pit. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded getaway, this will be perfect for you.
We are four miles from Texas A&M University in Commerce, Tx., eighteen miles from a local Texas winery, and less than twenty miles from Lake Tawakoni and Cooper Lake and State Park. 1 mile to Sand Hill golf course.
Owner lives in attached apartment to rental property with separate entry.
*Pond is not fenced

Our stay here was very nice. We met with family from out of town and had 6 guests and everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed the quiet location and yard space.
