Welcome to The White House, located in the alluring Davis Shores neighborhood just a short walk or bike ride to everything you want to see & do in St. Augustine. Enjoy relaxing in your own beautiful outdoor oasis complete with a hot tub. Listen to the fountain while you lounge on the sofa, or enjoy a meal cooked in our full outdoor kitchen by the fire pit. With accommodations for 8 guests, a gourmet kitchen, & an outdoor entertaining area anyone could fall in love with, what`s not to love?

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, State Park Beach, The Lighthouse, Bridge of Lions leading you to historic downtown, and Alligator Farm are just a brisk walk away. This delightful home with beautiful amenities and decorated with attention to detail, will charm and impress you. Comfort, luxury and so much more. A visit to The White House will make you feel comforted and special.

Great location in Davis Shores

Everything about this property was great. Very clean, convenient location to beach and historic downtown. Loved the back fenced in patio! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Stylish Home – Great Stay!

We had a great 5-day stay in this beautiful and comfortable home in St. Augustine. The décor and beds were fantastic! The hot tub wasn’t working and the piano shown in the listing wasn’t there, which slightly disappointed our granddaughter. Still, we really enjoyed the house and would definitely recommend it.

Great location

The house was nice and very comfortable - and the location was terrific. Pleasant walk through the neighborhood and over the bridge to historic St. Augustine. Easy, short walk to tasty neighborhood restaurants. Also, good for walks with your dog if you brought one - there’s a park one block away and a nice walk through homes along the bay just a couple of blocks away. Beaches are also very close by. A good property to rent!

Wonderful Stay

This property is great and in close proximity to The Downtown Historic district. A very easy walk over The Bridge of Lions (20 minutes / less than a mile). In the evening, a 5 minute Uber ride across the bridge and the Ubers are plentiful. If you decide to venture close to the house there are plenty of Restaurants to chose from within walking distance. The outside area / side yard is very private.

White House

Beautiful house, but only a three bedroom since one room has a pullout couch and should not be considered a bed. There is also no curtains in the room so privacy is a concern. We enjoyed the house, it’s really a beautiful house and property.

Great location, .9 walk over bridge of Lions to downtown. Amphitheater less than 2 miles, close to beach and several restaurants within walking. Osprey tacos just a block away. Friendly neighbors. The house is beautifully decorated and the spaces used well. The outdoor area spectacular! The only issue I encountered were the light switches, had a hard time getting them to work, maybe it was me…..great stay!
