Unwind with the family at this beautifully decorated beach condo, perfectly situated on one of the most desirable stretches of sand on Carolina Beach. Wake up to stunning Atlantic Ocean views and spend your afternoons swaying on the porch swing daybed, the perfect spot for dolphin watching by the pier.

We are pet-friendly and even named our condo after our pup, Finn, because we know vacations are better when your four-legged family members can come along. Located on the island’s only year-round dog-friendly beach, you can bring your pup and make memories together. A one-time pet fee of $95 applies.

Beach access is just steps from your front porch, giving you two very different experiences within minutes. To the north of the pier is Freeman Park, a family favorite known for action and adventure. Surf with the locals, try paddleboarding or kitesurfing, cast a line for shore fishing, or head out for some four-wheeling and tailgating right on the sand. On the other side of the pier, you’ll find some of the most peaceful stretches of sand in Carolina Beach, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Your condo is only a short drive to downtown and the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you can explore shops, enjoy great restaurants, and take in the fun atmosphere. You can also rent bicycles or golf carts to experience the island the way locals do, grab ice cream at the pier, or unwind with a drink at the Tiki Bar.

Finns Up is designed with a coastal chic style and plenty of thoughtful touches to make your stay special. From the décor to the amenities, every detail has been chosen to create a relaxing and comfortable retreat. This condo is a wonderful destination for your next beach vacation, and we look forward to welcoming you to Finns Up.

A most lovely, comfortable and well appointed apartment steps from the ocean. Relaxing was the vibe, from comfy sofas, pillows, throws along with the sound of waves caressing (and crashing) the shoreline. Everthing you will need kick back and recover your breath. Our dog even gives it four paws up!

This lovely home has views of the ocean, is steps from the beach and is cozy, comfortable and very clean! We had everything we needed for a lovely visit to Carolina Beach. Wonderful Stay!

We loved this condo so much! It was exactly as pictured on the website with comfortable beds and incredibly comfortable window and living room seating. We were so impressed with the well-appointed kitchen and high-end appliances. The icing on the cake was definitely our host, Jamie! He was so responsive before, during and even after our stay. He even checked to make sure all was good mid week. If we go back to Carolina Beach, we would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Perfect location! Perfect Accomodations! Perfect for Families & Fur babies! We absolutely loved our stay here. The host is hospitable and attentive. Wonderful stay

My husband and I (are are two little doggies) had a wonderful stay at this location. We felt like we were at a true home away from home with all the lovely details throughout the unit. Home was very clean and well stocked and beds/couches were extremely comfy. Oceanfront Sanctuary

We cannot say enough about Jamie and Cindy's place. Every detail was designed to make this space a home away from home. From the comfortable daybed on the balcony overlooking the ocean, to the dog dishes and blanket, to the rain shower head in the master bathroom, it was clear that a great deal of thought went into Finn's Up. We’ve always loved the North End of Carolina Beach because it offers the best of both worlds. It’s peaceful and tucked away, giving you a true sense of escape, yet it’s still close enough to all the fun of downtown and the Boardwalk. The beaches here are wider, quieter, and more relaxed, making it easy to find your own spot in the sand.

One of our favorite things about the North End is the year-round dog-friendly beach. Watching families and pups enjoy the shoreline together feels like what beach life is all about. From our porch, we often see dolphins by the pier, and those little moments never get old.

This part of the island has its own charm -you can grab ice cream at the North End Pier, head north to Freeman Park for adventure, or simply enjoy the slower pace that makes the North End so special.
