Description:
Welcome to the 4 * holiday home "Relax & Fit"
Whether young and old, young and old, in our house should all from the beginning feel good, relax or have fun, we provide a rich service offer.
In a quiet village location only 1300m away from the Müritz with beach and the dreamy view of the bird sanctuary is our **** cottage Relax & Fit, in the municipality Südmüritz OT Ludorf. Every year in spring and autumn from here you can see the crane balance u. Watch the flight. Even the eyrie of the osprey couple is only 400m away. Our cottage is for couples, families with children, families with dogs, hikers, anglers the ideal starting point for beautiful cycling, fishing, boat and hiking tours.
We are Fam. Grit u. Olaf Wilken have 2 children 11 / 12J.
Our children are always happy about our little guests.
Both are very open u. have already closed many friendships
Since 2011 we are self-employed with our own bike rental (directly at the house in Ludorf)

Our holiday home was built by us in 2011 and renovated with much love in the spring of 2018. The house offers max. Space for 4 PE pers. + 2 toddler to 4 years.(in the cot) and is located on our enclosed property. A playground with plenty of toys gives your children plenty of room to play.
Parking space, 2 bicycles, terrace with barbecue, 2 separate bedrooms with 2 double beds + cots, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven, bathroom with shower and living area with dining table, flat TV 132cm, DVD player, radio and, of course, guest folder are included ,
Since sept. 2018 our sauna & fitness house with sauna for 4-6 pers u. many modern sports equipment available.
Every day is an experience for you.
We would be glad if you soon become our guests.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Ferienhaus von Familie Wilken. Vor Ort war alles vorhande , was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und es gab auch einige Ausflugstipps von Familie Wilken, die echt gut waren! Im Ort selbst fehlte uns ein kleiner Laden, bei dem man mal zu Fuß hätte einkaufen können. Vielen Dank @Familie Wilken für die Gastfreundlichkeit

Ferienhaus Relax und Fit in Ludorf

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Ferienhaus steht auf Grundstück des Vermieters. Deshalb war die Kommunikation jeden Tag möglich. Man konnte Fahrräder und Standup Boards ausleihen und bekam insider Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Toll für kleine Familien!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Von dort aus kann man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrädern jede Menge schöne Ausflüge machen. Das Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Spielsachen sind super für kleinere Kinder. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

Sehr kinderfreundlich

Das Häuschen ist gut ausgerüstet und war super sauber. Die Kinder (4 und 8 Jahre) hatten auch bei schlechtem Wetter keine lange Weile da das Haus auch mit Spielzeug ausgerüstet ist.

Wunderbar idyllisch und sehr ansprechend

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber u mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (genau wie auf den Fotos) Alles was man zum Entspannen braucht wird ermöglicht, und die herzliche familiäre Atmosphäre überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Land und Leute sind zauberhaft . Definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ideal

Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter und eine schöne sowie liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten. Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, da nahezu an Alles gedacht ist, was man braucht (Babybett, Hochstuhl, Töpfchen usw.). Sowohl unser Kleiner (1 Jahr) als auch unser Großer (3 Jahre) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten Dank Trampolin, Sandkasten, Kinderfahrzeugen und Co. keine Langeweile. Auch die Umgebung bietet Einiges zu erleben (Baden, Radtour, Sommerrodelbahn etc.).

Hält was es verspricht :)

Wir haben sehr schönen Pfingsten dort verbracht. Mit dieser Unterkunft bucht man ein rundum sorglos Paket. Es ist alles, vor allem auch für Kinder, vorhanden. Das Babyphone reicht sogar bis in die Sauna! Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Kleine Ferienwohnung mit komfort

Gut geeignet für Familien mit Baby und/oder Kleinkind. Sehr nette Vermieter. Viele Möglichkeiten um sich im Fitnessraum mit eingebauter Sauna aktiv zu betätigen. Sehr gute Lage um mit dem Fahrrad interessante und landschaftlich eindrucksvolle Radtouren zu unternehmen.

Gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, insbesondere ausgestattet für Familien mit Kindern.

Obwohl die Vermieter nicht vor Ort waren, funktionierte das Beziehen der Ferienwohnung ohne Probleme. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Unterhaltungstechnik ist reichlich vorhanden. Für Kinder ist viel Spielzeug und DVD's vorrätig.
