Quiet time from 9pm to 9am; no smoking; no more than 2 cars allowed not a home for gatherings and/or parties. ALL cars must park in the driveway.
No pets; and no parking allowed on the street, Maximum occupancy is determined at the time of booking. No smoking, no parties.
For any stay over 30 days the cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund, otherwise there is no refund.

This house is a lovely downtown Boerne Bungalow and we will eventually live here full time, only renting for aboutt 18-24 months and then we plan to live there full time.
