The host was perfect, but the condo was not. The condo community seems to be working on painting the building which looked patched in a different color. The pool fence and entrance gate were rusted, some low palm trees needed trimming and the parking lot really needs paving and painting. Give it some time, then ask the host if those community items have been taken care of. If so, enjoy the great location. Ask for more pictures of the inside to tell the whole story. Mattresses are very firm. AC and W/D worked well. Condo was clean and well supplied. TV has hulu.

The exterior painting project for the entire community is a necessary part of the upkeep. I agree, primer is not the most beautiful look, but the painting project was paused for reasons completely out of my control. The pool gates are getting painted. The interior of the condo looks exactly like the photos, except I have not updated the photos to show the new flooring. There might be different quilts as I change them. I wish you had reached out to me if you had a problem. I'm an experienced host with many positive reviews. I could not have done anything to further the painting project for the entire complex.

I stayed at Janet's two-bedroom place for a week with my family of four. Two little ones shared one room, and my wife and I had the other. Everything was great. Communication with Janet was great, the place was clean, the pool was perfect, and the neighborhood was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Parking was great. No complaints. We will definitely come back.

Excellent condo in Old Scottsdale

This property was a perfect base for our Spring Training trip to AZ. The condo is clean, nicely-furnished and well-supplied, and in a great location. It's easy walking distance to Old Scottsdale and Scottsdale stadium. The host is a clear and frequent communicator. I would definitely stay here again.
