Brand new apartment with modern design, which is an ideal choice for families, couples and those arriving by car.
Bathroom with 2 rain showers to meet all needs, with a spacious terrace overlooking the inner garden, fully air-conditioned, with heat-foiled windows, fully equipped mechanized kitchen, equipped with washing machine. There is an LED TV in the living room and the twin beds. For those arriving by car, we provide free parking in the underground garage under the house. On the promenade there are several restaurants, plaza, supermarkets, casino, cafes cinema, duma theater! "City in the city"
We offer breakfast on the Promenade at the California Coffee Company which can be taken to the apartment on special request.
