Located steps away from Commercial Street in the West End, this sunny top floor two bedroom, 1 bath condo features wide plank hard wood flooring, peeks of the water, and all new furnishings. Enter through a private gate into an exclusive use patio area that features an outdoor dining table, grill, and lounge chairs. Going upstairs, you will enter into the clean and bright living room with water views. To the left is the primary bedroom which features a king size bed, lots of closet space, and an office area with desk and chair. The secondary bedroom features two twin trundle beds placed foot to foot - PLEASE NOTE these beds open up into a queen size bed. The dining room features seating for 6. The sunny kitchen is fully equipped. There are two split air conditioning systems, a European style washer/dryer combo, and off-street parking for one car. Walk to all the restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops that Provincetown has to offer. Spiritus is less than one block away and the closest town landing on the harbor is at the end of the street.

Apt is in great location, walk to town, pier, beaches. Short bike ride to Natl Park beaches and bike trails. Nicely appointed kitchen - lovely bed/linens, any sundry you may have forgotten is in the tidy bath. Parking was such a perk - safe and roomy. Very nice stay!

Very nice unit that’s been updated and renovated. While the unit isn’t large (not unexpected), it offers a large primary bedroom with plenty of room even with the king bed (a rare find in P-Town). The kitchen and dining area is small but well laid out for the space. Despite the low gabled ceiling, the unit is bright and nicely decorated. The second bedroom is small (as we expected) and works best for a single adult or 2 children. And the location is great—close to everything.

Great property close to everything and easy to get in and out of, the stairs are steep though. Only critique is the sheets and pillows, we could have used an additional set of both. Otherwise this place is amazing and i highly recommend.

A great find!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is filled with light, the beds and couch are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen well equipped for cooking. The little porch off the main entrance on the third floor is just perfect for two, and the property has its own gate and private outdoor space for dining and lounging. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions too.Would highly recommended this place!

Perfect stay!

We loved the space and location. It was perfect for a couple and a 2 year old. With parking on site, and an entire floor filled with light, it was the perfect respite from a busy week in PTown. The space was clean and cool from the two ACs. It was amazingly easy to connect to the 3 Sonos to enjoy from morning and mid day vibes. The location is perfectly located between the busy and blissful west side. The property manager was nothing short of an amazing concierge.

Location, Location, Location

The location could not be more convenient. Steps from the restaurants, bars, and all the activity of Commercial Street, but just far enough away that it wasn't overly loud. We appreciated the clean, white, minimalist style of the place. The primary bedroom has a big, comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. The slanted ceilings made the place feel more cozy than spacious.

Great location

Very cute, stylish apartment blending New England charm with French style. Extremely well located in the heart of Provincetown a half block away from Commercial Street (but it's also really quiet). Great private outdoor space. It doesn't really matter but you can't see the sea like the ad - at least I couldn't but might not have been looking hard enough :), and unlike advertising the work space is not really functionable. But again, wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Charming, spacious apartment

Great location, renovated apartment with some original features that give the place a charming vibe. One large bright bedroom with a cute second bedroom with two twin beds. Good size living room and big bright well equipped kitchen with three windows. Bathroom smallish but more than adequate, with good storage. Joel the property manager was very responsive when we had questions. Overall great experience. Between the main drags on a quiet sidestreet; parking provided, which was a breeze.

Just right!

This property is just right in so many ways. Perfect size for two people and the occasional friend. The primary bedroom is super comfortable and the flexible second bedroom is very convenient. The kitchen and living space are both right-sized for rainy days in the house. The bathroom is small but well-appointed. The star of the show, without a doubt, is the outdoor space. It feels relatively private and is quiet, while being a hundred steps from Commercial Street. There couldn’t be a more convenient location. We stayed for two weeks and the small issues that arose were handled quickly and professionally by the property manager. A+ all around!

Great Location, Everything you Need for a Small Group

Overall a great place to stay. Location is amazing, half a block to Commercial and walkable to all the hot spots. We used it as a gathering spot for friends due to its location before hitting the town. The main bedroom is large with a king bed and the guest rooms with the two twin beds is smaller with a shared door between the two and their own entrances to the main areas. The bathroom is minimal but functional. Place was clean and bright. I’d suggest 4 people at most staying here. Only gripe is the main house key is in a small key box outside the door, the key went missing once during our stay which was problematic but the owner had it resolved quickly. Suggesting investing in a keypad for the main door instead. Thanks again!

Sweet getaway in Ptown

My husband and I really enjoyed stying in this second floor condo for a lovely week in Ptown! The location couldn't be better, steps away from Commercial St in the west end, but on a quiet residential street. As other guests have mentioned, the main bedroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. Our adult son came to visit one night with a friend and the second bedroom was fine for them. The 2 AC units came in handy as did the washer/dryer combo. I loved the small private garden with Adirondack chairs on the side of the house, and the views from the condo are great (beautiful small gardens belonging to various neighbors) The inside decor is also lovely, bright, and simply designed with blue and white furnishings that reflect an oceanside vacation vibe. We met the owner of the first floor unit who was friendly and welcoming. The only reason I rated the cleanliness as 4 (would have been a 4.5 if that was an option:) is because of the bathroom, which is small and hard to fully clean, but is completely functional. We loved our week in this sweet getaway, and hope to visit again!
