Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home nestled in the picturesque Highview area of Louisville, Kentucky! With its spacious layout, modern amenities, and entertainment options, this is the perfect destination for families, friends, and groups looking to experience the best of the Derby City.

Bedrooms:
Three of the four bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, each featuring comfortable queen-sized beds and their own Smart TVs for your entertainment. One of these bedrooms even boasts an ensuite half bath for added privacy and convenience. The remaining full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located just down the hallway, ensuring everyone has easy access.

Living Spaces:
The first floor also encompasses a welcoming living room, a stylish dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or simply unwinding with your loved ones, these spaces provide the ideal backdrop for relaxation and quality time together.

Entertainment:
Venture downstairs to our partially finished basement, where you'll discover an additional bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and its own Smart TV. This home was exactly as advertised & then some! From the moment I opened the door until it was time to leave, I felt completely at home! Super clean, smelled nice, fan in each room which was huge for my crew. The game room should get it's own rating & review honestly! This spot is a must if you are entertaining pre-teens/teens!!! Hard for them to give it up.Well equipped for nearly any situation. Loved it!!!

Great house filled with all the essential amenities and a few extra we didn't expect.Shower pressure was fantastic. Plenty of space for 3 cars in the driveway. Backyard is nicer than the pictures. There is a rooster next door., we slept through him but was surprised by his crow at first. Only thing was the basement is not finished between the basement steps and the bedroom. Not an issue at all, unless the open steps are a fear....which only one person in our group suffered from. Would absolutely consider staying there again in the future.

This property served six guys very well. We went to churchill downs and the bourbon trail. The property is on the right side of town if you are going to the distilleries. The host was very responsive. The amenities were great as well. A very, very nice touch was the coffee available. The dining room table and the living room accommodated six of us very well. The recommendations for the hitching post and derby city pizza were very good. Stop by Cheers for your beer and liquor selections. Great bourbon selection. Thank you Fredie.

First off, this was the worst stay we have ever had and we stay at places like this 5/6 times every year. It’s not quiet! There are two roosters next door that are very active. They should be in the listing because if you are like us you want your rest while traveling. The bed are horrible! Metal frame beds with mattresses that have holes you sink into so no support or comfort. The queen beds are not actual queen size and more full size. Pillows are very thin and don’t help because if you use two it’s too much. The basement has mold in it and smells very bad! The bedroom in the basement isn’t up to code and the “bedroom” in the basement isn’t against fire safety as it doesn’t have the proper window. So it’s unsafe to sleep down there where the king size bed is. They need to update their beds!! I would not recommend this to anyone!! We did not stay the entire time and actually left early. We were not comfortable and our bodies hurt so bad sleeping there. The people running it didn’t care. They were money hungry as we didn’t even get refunded for any part of the stay not used. Do not stay here! You’ll be sorry. The neighborhood isn’t the best either!

We take our reviews very seriously but when we receive one this comical, it's hard not to laugh. Our beds are true queens upstairs and a king downstairs. Not sure how to fix his pillow issues as we provide multiple pillows in different thicknesses. This guest left on the last night of his 5 night stay and wanted a full refund. We check in with every guest on the first morning and we never received a response from this guest until the last night. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Louisville. I'm not sure there was anything I could have done to please this guest. Please look at our other reviews.

Welcome to the Bourbon & Beyond house! My grandparents had this house built back in the 1960's and now I get to share it with you. This house was remodeled about 3 years ago. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom has a 1/2 bath ensuite. There's also a full bath, fully stocked kitchen with 2 ovens, dinning area, and living room. In the basement you will find a bedroom with a king bed, laundry area, game room, and a queen air mattress.

You have access to the whole house except a locked closet in the full bath and a utility room in the basement.
