At Rümelinsplatz 1, where the studio apartment is located, you live in the heart of Basel. In the neighbourhood are the market place and the Barfüsserplatz. The imposing town hall is located on the market place and the market takes place here every weekday, where you can buy many delicacies and specialities from the region, Switzerland and the whole world. The Barfüsserplatz with its eight tram lines is an important traffic junction of Basel. There are also regular events here, such as the Basel Autumn Fair or the Christmas Market.

From the studio apartment, you can reach the banks of the Rhine and the Münster Cathedral, Basel's landmark, in about 6 minutes on foot. The Basel Exhibition Centre, where famous trade fairs such as Baselworld or Art Basel regularly take place, is 1.5km from Rümelinsplatz and can be reached by tram in less than 10 minutes. There are also many museums in the immediate vicinity, such as the Art Museum, the Natural History Museum and the Historical Museum. Of course, there are also various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
