Comfortable in Cologne

Great location in an upmarket neighbourhood with good access to groceries, restaurants and laundry and transport by tram to the downtown core. Travellers always appreciate such a location. Delightful Bäckerai just at the corner. Large kitchen/sitting area and equally large bedroom with comfortable beds. Access to large outside sitting area from the bedroom. Very clean throughout and we found it to be comfortable and quiet.

A gem!

We had an absolutely great time! The place is clean, spacious (other than the bathroom, which had a funky design- but totally doable) , and modern. The kitchen is huge and has everything needed for cooking. The apt is exactly as listed and the location was a dream come true for us- minutes from the Beethoven Park, with a large off leash dog area and miles of walking. Public transport is right there and it's also a very nice walkable area. .Loved it. Thank you so much, Rainer. We will be back!

Loving Koln

The apartment was just as pictured in the ad. It was very clean and even smelled clean, and not perfumed bad oders. The kitchen was quite nice with even a dish washer and several nice utencils, flatware, plates and glasses. Possibly the only thing I missed was not having a microwave. The bathroom was very clean and with great hot water available. If the weather had been nicer, we could have used the nice terrace that was available. The inner courtyard was really nice, with even a few ducks walking around. The local shops and restuarants were very good. Public transportation (metro or subway train) is right at your door step and also another line one block away. The lovely thing about Koln is that there is public transportation 24 hours per day!!! The owner, Rainer was very punctional and helpful with sharing information on transport and dining. I would like to visit once again, except this time choosing a better season and with no work involved as in this visit!

Eine sehr saubere Fewo, Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit, z.B. bei Parkplatzsuche.Alles da,was man braucht. Badezimmer etwas eng aber ok.Preis Leistung, für diese Zeit,da ja alles teurer wird auch super.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Übergabe erfolge problemlos. Die Wohnung war super. Genau richtig für 2 Personen . Das Beste war natürlich die große Terasse. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Köln werden wir bestimmt wieder anfragen. (Dann sind es aber ) :-)

Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Stadterkundung

Schöne Wohnung im 1. OG in verkehrsgünstiger Lage. Gut ausgestattet, Wohnküche mit zusätzlicher Schlafgelegenheit. Bad altbaubedingt etwas eng.100 m zu Bäckerei und Straßenbahn.Zu empfehlen als Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesuch, Musical, Konzert

Kurztrip für Konzertbesuch

Wir waren nur für 4 Tage in Köln. Netter hilfsbereiter Vermitter. Die Wohnung ist ok, gute Lage ( 20 Minuten zum Dom ) und gut ausgestattet. Alles da was man benötigt. Das Schlafbett ist aber nicht mehr wie abgebildet. Badezimmer ist sehr schmal und für Leute mit kräftiger Statur etwas eng. Außerdem ist sie sehr hellhörig da die Fenster nicht Schalldicht sind. Direkt an einer Hauptstraße mit Bushaltestelle, Tramendstation und Kirchenglocken. Für einen Kurztrip ( Konzertbesuch ) allemal ausreichend.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und die Lage optimal, mit U-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Der Empfang war überaus freundlich. Meine absolute Empfehlung, gerne wieder.

Fortbildung

Für die Fortbildung in Köln hat die Wohnung voll ausgereicht. Nur die Lage an der Hauptstraße und der Straßenbahn waren suboptimal. Ansonsten war ich vollkommen zufrieden mit allem.
