WINTER: Backyard is great for sledding! Chains/4WD often required in Tahoe. Outdoor furniture and BBQ grill typically not available. Whole-house backup generator provides full electricity, heat, and hot water in case of occasional Tahoe power outages. Consider trip insurance in case of severe weather conditions.
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning but there are two large portable evaporative coolers and plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 11 adults (excludes children under 12)
