Beautiful gated front Courtyard shared by Main house with detached guest Casita! Attached 2 Car Garage & 2 car driveway parking on a very nice & quiet street. Two minutes to the Anthem Parkside Community Center (Additional Fee ~$90/90 days) including: 66 acres of ponds, baseball field, soccer field, sand volleyball courts, skate park, fishing ponds, train rides, a large swimming pool with diving boards, swim lanes, shallow kids pool & water slides, a large exercise gym, game room, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, baseball, & community events such as concerts in the park, Farmer's Markets, & annual holiday celebrations. Anthem is a well-planned community that offers close proximity to local shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and also a large Outlet Mall within 5 minutes of the house. You will love living in Anthem, located in NW Phoenix just off Highway 17 (on route to Flagstaff) & just North of the 303. Anthem is elevated above the Phoenix valley at 1863 feet which allows for fantastic winter weather and slightly cooler temperatures in the summer.
