Nice resort on the water nice pools, grounds.Safe There is some construction going on which is not a problem in any way. The lanai is great to sit and watch the front of the resort, mountains main road traffic and you can see waves partially.Grat location to all of the island.

our host was great, the room was perfect for our needs, it ended up close enough to our family. The hotel was undergoing renovations so there was no lobby and you have to change buildings and 2 elevator rides to get to the restaurant/pool/bar but that’s not Lily’s fault and she did let us know in advance. KBR is a great central location on the island. Easy access to anywhere. Thankful for Lily and her room, it made for a great family vacation!

Entire hotel is under major renovation. Place simply should not be hosting tenants. There is no lobby and no quick access to pools / beach / rest of property / restaurants. The door locks didn’t even work and had to be changed before I entered. Host was very unresponsive and apathetic to the situation.
