Unser Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Bad Kötzting, ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Ein Stellplatz für Ihr Auto ist vorhanden. Das Dachstüberl bietet bis zu zwei Personen auf 38qm Platz. Die Ferienwohung ist mit einem Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), Wohnküche mit Essecke und Küchenzeile (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Ceranfeld, Backofen), Sat-TV und Radio ausgestattet. Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.

Nach einer netten Begrüßung wurden wir in unser Dachstüberl gebracht. Alles ist sauber. Die Betten sind gut, nur das Bettzeug konnte mich nicht überzeugen. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung

Eine Woche Urlaub

Meine Frau und ich hatten eine tolle Zeit dort im Oktober 2024 die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, ist saubet, sie lieg direkt am Wald sehr ruhige Lage man erreicht von dort aus viele Ausflugsziele der Gastgeber ist sehr nett gerne wieder

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gestaltet, und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Umgebung ruhig und sehr schön. Mein Enkel und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Die Lage war mega ruhig, ganz viel Natur und trotzdem konnte man auch ohne Auto gut Ausflüge unternehmen (ca 15Min Fußweg zum Bahnhof, gute Anbindung) Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich , die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, und vor allem das große Bett war super weich und bequem. Wir haben wirklich hervoragend geschlafen :)
