My accommodation is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, art and culture, great views and restaurants and food. My accommodation is good for couples and families with children.
I offer 4 apartments right on the North Sea coast (Alter Postweg 36 in 26524 Theener / Hagermarsch).

On foot, the beach in Hilgenriedersiel can be reached. Norddeich can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The apartments are each furnished for 4 people. Extra bed or cot is also there if necessary.

Das Objekt ist in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Es ist alles extrem dreckig. Egal was man anfasst, man bekommt schmierige Hände. Die Bettlacken waren mit Flecken übersät, der Kühlschrank war mit aufgebrochenen Lebensmitteln des Vorgängers voll, überall waren Spinnenweben mit zermatschten Spinnen an der Decke und an der Wand, das ganze Gebäude hat fürchterlich Gestunken. Im Garten war der Pool giftgrün, die Trampoline waren zerfetzt und die Tischtennisplatte war ein einziger Haufen Schrott. Sodass wir unseren Urlaub nach einer Nacht abgebrochen haben. Insgesamt war es eine schreckliche Nacht, die wir dort verbracht haben.

Zweckmäßige Monteurswohnung
Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig und ohne Chichi eingerichtet. Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist über Eck. Handtücher waren von guter Qualität. Die Matratzen waren bequem. Die Wohnung selbst war etwas kalt, auch mit aufgedrehter Heizung. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in der Umgebung oder Arbeitseinsatz verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen.

Leider entsprach die Wohnung nicht dem Angebot. Alles war sehr zusammengewürfelt, von der Einrichtung bis zu den anderen Dingen,sprich Fliesen usw. Man konnte das Gefühl haben alle noch irgendwo übriggebliebenen Teile wurden in dieser Wohnung verbaut. Die Vermieterin war am Abreisetag im Objekt, wir wurden aber nicht verabschiedet, geschweige denn gefragt ob es uns gefallen hat. Alles in allem werden wir diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen!!

Charmantes ostfriesisches Ferienhaus
Fast Alleinlage mit großem Garten und tollen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist gut sortiert und alle Geräte funktionieren und sind von höherer Qualität. In der Umgebung gibt es überraschend viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten (z.B. Waloseum, Automuseum, Nessmersieler Strand).
