For point of reference the house is approximately 17 miles from the beach, 26 miles from Jax Airport and 32 miles from Saint Augustine FL.

Family visit.

Was a great stay. We especially enjoyed the screened in area and fenced back yard for the dog. The communication was clear and with easy entry. We are thankful for the stay.

Quiet and Clean

The house is just like it is listed. It is a three bedroom ranch in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Florida/ga game weekend

We came to town with 3 of our adult children for the Florida/ ga game. Our stay was perfect & we would definitely stay again. We were able to cook for the tailgate in the kitchen, plenty of space & hot showers. Check on was smooth. The house was clean and spacious. Thanks for having us!

This home was very clean and had most everything we needed for 6 people. Clean bedding and towels, iron, coffee maker and coffee, dishes. They even provided some books to read, snacks, shampoo and other bathroom items. We had a little trouble using the tv in the living room and could’ve used more than 2 washcloths in the bathrooms, but overall everything was great! The host was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend staying here!

True Gem

We fell in love with this house/neighborhood/area! This is a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. There are many fabulous restaurants in the Bay Meadows area. Plus, there are two bonuses….about 20 minutes to Mayo Clinic and 30 minutes to the beach! Extra Credit is Charles is a pleasure!
