Be sure to lock the door to the garage and lock the French doors to the patio.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Request for $1000 Deposit is required for utilities; if over 30 nights, Deposit will be more. After bills have been paid, overages will be refunded.
No pets of any kind allowed; no smoking of any kind inside or outside the property; no events or parties; no electric vehicle charging.

We had an excellent long‑term stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service. The host was consistently responsive, thoughtful, and proactive—checking in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive. Any small question or request was handled quickly and kindly. The location was perfect for our needs, and the home was well‑equipped for an extended stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, well‑maintained rental with top‑tier hospitality!
