Private one story bungalow in a small wooded neighborhood. You are surrounded by nature with birds, a turkey or two and deer. Beautiful, large covered front porch allows you to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal outside.
In the spring and summer enjoy the purple and white mountain laurels.
This location provides quick access to Route 40 leading you to Ohiopyle, White Water Rafting options, the Bike Trails, Nemocolin Woodlands Resort, Spa and Lady Luck Casino as well as just minutes away from Uniontown and a short drive to Morgantown, WV if you choose to explore!

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to load the dishwasher and hit start - thank you.
Please remove all trash- cans are at the bottom of the front porch - trash pick up is early Monday morning. Be sure items are bagged - workers lift the bags out of the trash can-not automatic.
Turn off all inside and outside lights and return the key to the lock box. Thank you!!!
