Almost every bed has charging outlets w/ USB’s for keeping charged on either side. The TV’s are all ROKU with apps and all have long gaming cables attached. Wonderful Patio furniture and everything else you would expect a resort style vacation rental to offer and for you fishermen & women our dock is surrounded by crappie beds. Lots of great fishin` right outside the house and it is NOT A STEEP WALK to the lake!

Private lake retreat with large dock is located off mile marker 23 half way down a calm deep cove that has room for everyone - 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, 2 Kitchens, Multiple Gathering Rooms including the Bunk Room Theater with gaming TVs. ALTHOUGH WE ARE NESTLED IN THE WOODS WITHIN THE PICTURESQUE RUNNING DEER COVE THERE IS ALWAYS THE POSSIBILITY OF ANIMAL WILDLIFE – OUR NEIGHBORS EXPECT YOU TO ACT RESPECTFUL TO EVERYONE & EVERYTHING WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO GARAGE AVAILABLE FOR OUR GUESTS. WE DO HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM FOR VEHICLES. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ARE PERMITTED & IF YOU HAVE TO ASK WHAT WE CONSIDER TO BE A PARTY THEN THIS IS NOT THE HOME FOR YOU!!! YOU WILL NOT BE IN A REMOTE LOCATION WHERE ANYTHING GOES, BUT RATHER YOU WILL BE VACATIONING AT THE MOST AMAZING VACATION HOME IN A QUIET COVE IN OSAGE BEACH.

Please note that we DO NOT have a minimum night requirement, but we do have a minimum rate requirement that depends on when and how many guests will be staying with us. The more people the higher the rate. In other words, just because this listing says this home sleeps 24 in beds that does not mean the rate for 7 guests is the same as if you enter 24 guests and the rate for 24 is not the same as it would be for 5. If you accidentally book a lower number of people than what is actually coming that`s okay. You can always pay the difference online later...

• Airbnb ONLY CHARGES FOR UP TO 16 GUESTS - JUST BECAUSE THIS HOME SLEEPS 24 THAT DOES NOT MEAN THE PRICE IS FOR 24 PEOPLE. THE MORE PEOPLE THAT COME THE MORE THE RATE IS. THIS HOME SLEEPS UP TO 24 PEOPLE, THUS GROUPS WITH MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE PAY AN EXTRA $25 PER PERSON PER NIGHT AND IS BILLED SEPARATELY AFTER BOOKING - PLEASE NOTE: NOT KNOWING THIS IS NOT A REASON TO CANCEL WITH A FULL REFUND!

• PET FEE: Airbnb charges a $100 Pet fee per house trained dog - Please note when staying more than 4 nights there is an additional $25/night per dog added after booking. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH YOUR PET THERE IS A SEPARATE $325 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT THAT IS BILLED AFTER BOOKING. So please let us know if you are bringing your furry family member (dogs only). We do allow up to 5 house trained dogs. We need to know the breed, age and approximate weight of the dog.


IMPORTANT HOUSEKEEPING ISSUES:

• NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY!!!

• DO NOT USE GARBAGE DISPOSALS. All food waste must be thrown away, the disposals are not made to handle the volume our vacation rentals produce

• We have trash cans in every room, a large receptacle in back yard and MULTIPLE large city garbage cans next to the garage. Interior trash cans have 3-5 liners on the bottom, inside each can
