Seagroove II - This contemporary yet comfortable second-floor guest cottage in Seagrove Beach has New York style in a laid-back coastal setting. A short walk to sugar white sand beaches and the unique town of Seaside, Seagroove II is the perfect couple's retreat.

With 3 rooms, including separate bedroom with queen bed, and a spacious open plan living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances, you have the amenities of a boutique hotel with the comforts of home. Other features include flat screen TV with cable, DVD, granite and solid surface countertops and surround sound system. A large screened porch with additional seating and dining overlooks a serene forest.

Seagroove II is a separate guest cottage with private entrance situated just behind the main house of the property owners. Outdoors, a private pool and hot tub are available for the property owners and Seagroove II guests.

Take a short walk, bike ride or drive to enjoy the natural beauty of the area's state parks, nature trails and beaches. Or enjoy dining and shopping in the many locally owned, high quality restaurants and shops.

Seagroove II sleeps two adults. Minimum age requirement is 22. No children and no pets are allowed. Parking for one car is included. Arrival and departure can be on any day of the week. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Making reservations: Payment of 50% of the rent plus tax and security deposit is due when reservations are made. The balance must be paid no less than 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of rent, taxes and security deposit is due at the time of reservation. Call me at the number listed to reserve Seagroove II.
