The beach access is just a short walk away, and the house is conveniently located near restaurants. Rental is available to individuals who are at least 25 years old.

This residence features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, with new beds and mattresses. Smart TVs adorn the bedrooms and living room (no cable). A compact workspace is situated in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and a dining area. Ground coffee and tea are complimentary. The backyard patio offers extra dining space and is an ideal spot for evening barbecues. Beach chairs and a wagon are provided for your convenience.
