The carriage house is newly renovated in October 2022, including new stainless steel kitchen appliances, a newly renovated bathroom featuring Carrara Marble, Waterworks hardware, and cypress wood features. Other features include a 55†Samsung TV, an expansive balcony overlooking Green Turtle Lane, and Wi-Fi.
