Beautiful villa with private beach!
The first beach line Villa with its own beach and pool is located in a cozy place Utjeha, Bar community. Villa has its own garden with fruit and ornamental plants, barbecue area.
The Villa is fully equipped for your comfortable accommodation: air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, linen and beach towels. There is a welcoming compliment: bottle of the local Wine, mineral water, fruit plate. Also there is a garage and parking.
Villa located on the first beach line with its own beach and swimming pool 6 x 3.5 meters. Villa is 280 square meters. Here is the structure:
· 3 bedrooms with balcony. 1st bedroom-French bed, 2nd bedroom-French bed + single bed, 3rd bedroom-French bed + sofa bed.
· Spacious living room with the fireplace
· Kitchen with dining room
· 3 bathrooms
· 2 spacious terraces.
There is an amazing clean city beach Utjeha with local restaurants and entertainment areas in 350 meters. Tivat airport is in 59 km, Podgorica – 62 km.
The villa is completely at your disposal. There is a barbecue area, gazebo, swimming pool in the yard. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels at the private beach.
Baby cot, cradle, playpen, highchair, children's books, beach and regular toys, scooter, bicycle may be provided on the request.
