The house satisfied all requirements for a weekend family gathering near the beach. Great accommodations and location. Street parking was not a problem. Excellent location for getting on interstate easily to go to other areas in CT

Our family of 8 had a lovely stay. Krystian was very responsive to our minor requests (temperature adjustment and laundry access.) One note, the laundry is in the basement which may be locked when you arrive. We asked Krystian for access part way through our stay and we were able to use it, no problem. One further note, there is no dedicated parking for the house, just street parking. We had no issue finding space on the street in front or just around the corner (we had two vehicles), but just something to be aware of. Thanks again Krystian!

This property is SO convenient to Hartford Ampitheater. We came for a concert and walked right over at night. It is maybe a 5 or so minute walk from the property. The house was clean and the kitchen had all of the amenities we needed. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the Long Island Sound which was FULL of shells. My daughter had a wonderful time there. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided were great additions.A few notes for travelers: One of the 5 bedrooms is only accessible within a bedroom so better for families with lots than all adults. The house has window A/C and we did have to use it in October since it got hot upstairs. Not all beds have side tables, which is one improvement I would recommend. Adequate closet or drawer space, but the upstairs bath had no counter or shelf space for toiletries so I just set my toiletry bad on the back of the toilet and got things in and out.The neighborhood is a little sketchy and neighbors could be loud, but we had no problems. Parking is on the street so if you have multiple cars you may have to park around the block. All in all a fine stay and the best part was the convenience to the stadium and beach.

Cozy 4 bedroom 2 bathroom place

Enjoyed staying here. Perfectly located between New Haven and Fairfield County. The five of us had plenty of space to hang out in between visiting family in nearby Milford and Weston, CT.

Beautiful home

This house was beautiful, clean and cozy. It had everything we needed & offered plenty of space for my party of 8. It was close to the beach and was a great “home base” for us while our family explored nearby towns in Connecticut.
