Keauhou Punahele #B108 is an excellent location for relaxation, close to Keauhou Bay and the shopping center. Enjoy this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, ground-floor unit. Relax on the large lanai with a barbecue grill, outdoor seating, and garden views.

You will be greeted by a large living room with ample seating for guests and an open layout of the living area. The dining area flows from the living room and has a table for a sit-down dinner. There are large lanai doors in the living room and dining area that allow for great lighting.

The kitchen is close to the dining area and has bar seating for you to keep the conversation going while cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets needed and upgraded appliances.

The guest room is located off the living room by the front door and has two twin beds and chested drawers. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub combination and is located in the hallway for guests' use and convenience.

The primary suite has a California king bed, a dresser to unpack your belongings, and more. Enjoy the ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, shower/bathtub combination, and a large closet.

This unit does not have air conditioning.
There are stairs to get down to the unit.
This property does not allow any floats, pool toys, jumping, diving, or splashing. It is a quiet pool, and all children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

The place is nice and the location is beautiful. It was incredibly rainy when we were there and realize that impacted the staff but communication was not great. We are very understanding but we had voicemails and texts and app messages that weren’t even answered for several hours and sometimes overnight. If you could just say “received we have someone on it and will be in touch in a couple hours” that would have been helpful. Plus with having 3 ways to communicate I wasn’t always sure which method to use. Again, it was extreme weather and we understand that impacted things but I believe you can always acknowledge communication quickly even if the solution to the problem isn’t as quick. We would consider staying here again based on the quality, price and location of the property!

We loved the codo, nocely oitfitted,. The only thing we would change is the fans don't seem very effective, the ceiling fans and the oscillating fans seem weak. It was hot, and we had trouble staying comfortable. Otherwise we loved our stay and we'll be back. Thanks!

Exactly as pictured

The property is in a great location and looks exactly as it is listed. The parking spot assigned is very close to the unit especially if you can access it from the lanai entrance. We were given lanai keys during our stay as we were unexpectedly told the front entrance would be closed for sidewalk repairs but then the listing manager told us it was canceled and we could still use the front door access for our stay. The pool was closed for repairs for part of our stay so we didn't use it. The fans and shades kept the rooms very cool without a/c. We only saw 1 lizard in the unit near the lanai doors so it is very well-kept!

Quiet complex with easy going neighbors and easy parking. Though unit is considered ground floor, you do have a set of approx 18 steps down/up from the parking area. Tip to make it easier is a sloping path from managers office if you can't do stairs.

We were so happy with the Condo in Kona, HI, was perfect for our needs, beautiful, clean, and everything you could possibly need. Boogie boards, snorkel equipment, Beach chairs! Beds were comfortable and high quality sheets and towels. Floor fans were helpful to push through air since no A/C in condo, the breeze was lovely but warm during the daytime hours. We truly enjoyed our time and hope to return.
