Vacation apartment at Rhodopark A7 - Holiday apartment upstairs

We are pleased to welcome you to our holiday rentals, effective immediately. Located right at the entrance to Rhododendron Park is the old guesthouse, which has been lovingly renovated inside and fully furnished in a light, country-style decor.
The house features 2 holiday apartments (the upper apartment is available for short-term rentals for up to 5 people; the lower apartment is available only for long-term rentals, with the number of guests to be determined by arrangement). Cots can be added to some rooms upon request.
The upper apartment features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living and dining room with a sleeper sofa, and a bathroom with a shower.
The lower apartment offers a spacious bedroom, a small single bedroom, a large living room with a fireplace and two sleeper sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with a toilet and bathtub, and a 3-hectare fenced-in garden with a terrace.
Parking is available in front of the house; during peak season, parking is available across the street. Outside of peak season, the apartments or individual rooms can be rented on a long-term basis. Prices available upon request.


Location
Located in the idyllic Ammerland parkland, approximately 7 km from the county seat of Westerstede, 20 km from Bad Zwischenahn, and 25 km from the North Sea.

Upper apartment: - 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, new mattresses, comforters, pillows, and bed linens - new kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and dishes - living and dining room with extendable dining table (seats up to 6 people), leather sleeper sofa, TV, stereo, books, and board games - new bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, towels, and hair dryer - spacious hallway with coat rack.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is available from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
