Amazing

The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed staying here, because the condo was gated and had a covered parking. Location was close to everything. We would stay here again. I forgot to mention that the towels and bedding smelled like fabric softer, just like we like them.

Our stay was awesome. We liked how the condo smelled of cleanliness. Everything was exactlly like it was described. Sheets in beds were clean and crisp, smelled like downey.We will stay again. We also loved that it is 4 min away from my daughter's house who were are visiting.

I enjoyed the facility and the gated access was a plus. Only downside was having trouble with the host responding to questions about Wi-Fi and could not find switch for the garbage disposal

Nice little place

We came to McAllen for a tennis tournament. The location and the layout were great. A few things, a few lamps did not have light bulbs in them. The towel racks were broken in both bathrooms. There was not a dishwasher, which I should have read but I did not. Oh, and there is no local channels for TV that I could figure out.

Cockroach Hotel

The owner of this property needs to invest in deep cleaning. We killed 6 cockroaches and missed many others as they scurried back under the stove and behind outlet covers. We kept the kitchen lights on at all hours to try and deter them from coming out. There are stains on the loveseat, dining chairs and the navy bedspread in the main bedroom. The kitchen cupboards were noted to have drips and/or greasy marks on outsides and insides of cabinet doors. The floor needs a good scrub as our bare feet got dirty from caked on dirt of the wood embossed tile floor beginning day one. Because of these conditions, we washed all dished before use, only used the coffee maker and microwave for quick breakfasts and opted not to cook full meals in this unit. I would not stay here again or recommend to others.
