The property was terrible, when we arrived the closer door was on the floor, the outlets did not work, the mattress on the bed was terrible, the bed was size it is small, bed sheets were stain and poor condition. The communication with Pedro was terrible, did not response to my messages/call. I paid for 5 days, we sleep there only 2 day.

When I arrived for check-in the address provided by the website took my driver to the wrong building located at Skyview rentals, the front desk receptionist informed me that my reservation was at the Cosmopolitan. Once I got to The Cosmopolotan the front desk clerk did not have knowledge of my reservation. I tried for 4 hoours to contact the host for the reservation details. Once contacted the host informed me that the reservation was at the Babylon. After checking into the room the oven and stove top were not installed, the host moved my reservation to the Cosmopolitan. While getting dressed and packing to leave the Babylon I was walked in on by 3 women who were not expecting me to be there. The room at the Cosmopolitan was extremely dirty. Dirty washer, walls, curtains, couch and hair in the shower from the last Tennant and the bathroom light did not work during my entire stay. The A/C filter was dirty and got me sick during my stay. I am requesting a FULL Refund and I do not reccomend staying in this unit as the host is terrible and not attentive. I travel 6-8 times a year and this is the worst stay I have ever expirienced.

Les visiteurs de la terrasse sur le toit ont une vue sur votre appartement,un lounge comme voisin, situez au carrefour des autoroutes bruits infernal, obligatoire réservation piscine et gym, après une semaine le gestionnaire ne répond plus à nos messages, accessoires de cuisine désuet, frigo qui coule, matelas à ressorts mauvaise qualité,etc... bref nous le recommandons que pour un court séjour 1semaine ou moins

Property was nothing like they said it was

No air condition, no fan, no ventilation whatsoever. Property was very cheaply done, coffee pot to not have a pot to match it. Everything was done very poorly. If I did not have a service dog with me, I would’ve left the property of immediately and stayed elsewhere. I’ve slept in all situations. This one needs to be corrected as it’s not representative of the VRBO ad.

A bathroom equipped with high quality furniture, spacious shower, hot water, soaps and white towels.

This unit is located on the top floor of the Cosmopolitan tower, you will not find the peace and tranquility offered by the views of this apartment anywhere else.
Without a doubt, in this beautiful apartment you will have a stay of quality and comfort.

At the reception of the tower you will be given the keys to the apartment and access to the tower. You can enjoy all the common areas of the building by appointment and subject to availability such as the gym, swimming pool, cinema, sauna, meeting rooms, lounge and others.
The building has a laundry area at an additional cost.

Located in the exclusive residential area of Rohrmoser to the west of the capital, a very safe area and strategically located near various shopping centers, restaurants, La Sabana park, the national stadium and the Juan Santamaría airport.
