Welcome to our BEACH FRONT home! Our home accommodates 8 guests, including children ages 0-17. There are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

THESE STUNNING PANORAMIC VIEWS CAN BE YOURS!

With its ocean front floor to ceiling 13th floor views, updated beach cottage style, and all the comforts of home; perfect view 1301 at the Caribbean Resort has everything you are looking for in a vacation getaway.

Take in the incredible emerald coast views from not only your spacious balcony, but also while relaxing in the living room and even while cooking fresh seafood in your fully equipped kitchen with nice appliances, sparkling quartz counter tops, and pretty back splash. But the amazing view doesn't stop there...Wake up in the morning to the breath-taking ocean views right outside your floor to ceiling master bedroom windows. In addition, the second master suite features its own balcony with views of the Santa Rosa Sound. The second master also has its own kitchenette and entrance/exit door to the outside hall.
PERFECT VIEW 1301 is not a rental property. It is our beach home and you are out guest! We want you to get away from from it all and MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME.

Perfect View 1301 has it all...peace & quiet, gorgeous emerald water, sugar white sand, included beach chair service, heated pool, and 2 hot tubs.
Navarre Beach is known as "Florida's Best Kept Secret" and is buffered by two protected sea shores. So, if you want to get away from the hustle & bustle, this is your perfect getaway.
Looking for more excitement? Within a short drive, thrill seekers will find fishing, snorkeling, adventure trips, amusement parks, lively restaurants, shopping, and more. Navarre is located less than an hour from Pensacola and Destin.

BE OUR GUEST in our 3 bedroom/3 bath 1847 sq ft condo. Upon your arrival, you will find comfortable new furniture, all tiled rooms, quality linens, and Beach Cottage decor. Make yourself comfortable in our beach condo setting where we've blended modern and unique decorations to make the homey feeling you will get during your stay. Make the most of the breath-taking views and relax on one of our two fully furnished balconies.

Everything about this experience was just perfection. The views are unmatched. The unit is clean and well stocked. We loved this area. It's right by a beautiful pier. There are plenty of places to eat nearby but not the over stimulating touristy places you see at the more popular beaches. However, those are a short drive away if you are wanting that also. We will definitely be back!

Valerie was a great property owner to work with. She was excellent and gave us some excellent recommendations, restaurants etc. We enjoyed Navarre very much and loved this condo. It was spacious, had beautiful views, excellent beach service and perfect for our family of five. Great sleeping accommodations with on suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The Perfect View Navarre Beach

This condo is absolutely fantastic. It is the best view of Navarre Beach. The owner has decorated the unit beautifully and thought out every little detail. Everything is in this unit that you need. Communication was excellent with the owner and they respond quickly to questions. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this is one of the best in every way!

Magnificent & Stunning Ocean View

My family and I had such wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Condo is clean and comfortable beds with few steps to the ocean. We loved a magnificent & stunning ocean view from the family & master bedroom. There were extra chairs & umbrellas along with sand toys in the hall closet. Very friendly and responsible owner who answered our questions and needs before and during our stay. We would love to come back again!

Hello! My family has been traveling to this hidden gem, Navarre, for years. We love the peaceful atmosphere and gorgeous waters. The popular gulf coast sites have gotten too crowded and Navarre brings us the beauty and relaxation without the two hour wait times for dinner reservations! My husband and I have wanted to own a condo on Navarre Beach for several years. When this one became available, we knew it was meant to be. We feel so fortunate to be able to call Perfect View our vacation home. Sharing it with other families like ours is a blessing. Our hope is that you fall in love with Navarre like we did and start coming back year after year.

Why they chose this property

This property has the best views! We have stayed in other condos on this beach and this one, by far, has the best views. The floor to ceiling windows make you feel like you are standing on the beach without leaving the condo! Our condo is fully stocked with all of your kitchen needs and has the unique second master bedroom that has a kitchenette in it--great for a family with a small child or just more refrigerator space!

What makes this property unique

Beach service and kayak/paddle board service is included between March and October! Extra beach chairs available in the condo for guests to enjoy.
