Spacious 4bd/2ba house in a quiet neighborhood with a garage, backyard, hot tub, and dual-screen office setup. All kitchenware is available for use. The area is also conveniently located by I-10 & walking distance to Safeway, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness & several restaurants. Downtown is a short 10 min drive.
This modern house situated in a nice quiet neighborhood has a spacious 4-bed/2-bath space complete with a hot tub, 2-car garage, and a large backyard area. For those needing a productivity space, there is one bedroom with an office desk with a work-from-home (WFH) setup complete with two 24” 1080p monitors, USB-C docking adapter, keyboard, and mouse.
Please let us know if you are bringing pets and we can provide some pet amenities including Kennels, bowls, and extra pet blankets. We require that you provide us with their size and breed before we accept your reservation at our discretion. There is a current maximum of TWO pets allowed per reservation and the pet fee is $75 per reservation. Length of stay with pets is currently limited to 2 weeks unless an exception is made; additional fees may apply.
The master bedroom has one king bed and an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds, and the third a rollaway twin bed. The queen bedroom has an iron and ironing board. And the third bedroom with the rollaway has an office desk setup. Bath towels are laid out on the beds. The closets include hangers and hanging shelves.
The living room has a sectional couch and a 55" HDTV complete with complimentary Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN.
The kitchen has designated shelves in the fridge and pantry that guests are welcomed to use. Included in the kitchen are a stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker (w/ filters, sugar, cream, & ground coffee), and tea. All cookware is available for use for preparing meals as desired.
The guest bathrooms will include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. There will also be some cleaning products under the sink.
There is a spacious backyard space with trees and pleasant landscaping with a couple of chairs.
The washer and dryer are also available for reasonable use as needed.
The neighborhood has a small community park nearby with a playground and various pull-up bars and dip stations. There is also a nearby bike path that travels north along Silverbell Road; perfect for bike rides and morning jogs.
Temperature on thermostat can be adjusted from 74-85 degrees during the day or down to 72 (lower in the winters) in the evenings as desired.
Notice: A Refundable Security deposit of $300 is required upon booking.
The entire 4bed/2bath space is available for guests except for the two cleaning closets.

This friendly neighborhood is near the I-10 freeway and within walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness Gym, Subway, Wells Fargo, and many other business establishments. It's also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant.
Nearby is a small community playground along with pull-up bars and dip stations. There is a bike path that runs north along Silverbell Rd that’s perfect for bike rides or morning jogs.
Please adhere to our neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm to 7am.
The two car garage is available and recommended for parking. The property is also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant Rd.
Please keep any noise down in the house and backyard as a courtesy to the neighbors from 10PM to 7AM.
- If you are booking as a local, you must first message me as to the reason for your stay before I accept at my discretion.
- You must fully answer the pre-booking questions and have favorable reviews from past hosts to successfully Instant Book. Otherwise it is at my discretion to accept the booking.
- Pets are allowed at the host's discretion. Only up to TWO pets per reservation are allowed and the host must be notified beforehand of their size and breeds. Pet amenities are only provided upon this notification.
- Pet fee will be $75 per reservation.
- Pets are not allowed on any of the couches or beds. Extra pet blankets are provided as protection if needed.
- Pets MUST be kenneled if left alone in the property.
- Monthly stays are welcomed and will require brief monthly maintenance inspections to upkeep the condition of the property. Every monthly maintenance appointment will require its own additional $50 fee to be paid immediately after booking. Maintenance schedule will be disclosed after booking and guests can choose whether to be present or not.
- Unregistered additional guests subjects you to an additional fee of $50 per day per person and or a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation and or requiring the extra guests to leave.
- Please remove your shoes at the door.
- Wash or put away in the dishwasher any dirty dishes.
- Parties are strictly prohibited and will incur a fee of $300 plus any potential damages.
- Any smoking anywhere indoors will incur the guest a fee of at least $300 for remediation.
- Use and or possession of illegal drug substances will incur a fee of $300.
- Unauthorized pets will incur the guest a fee of $300.
- Unauthorized entry into the maid closet will be considered trespassing and result in a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation along with a $400 fee.
- Tampering with outdoor security cameras will result in a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation along with a $300 fee.
- If the hot tub is found to be in an unusually dirty condition during its weekly maintenance visit and requires a complete drain and refill, a $300 fee per occurrence will be incurred.
-SWIM AT OWN RISK.
- Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to use the hot tub due to the health risks. Older children should not have the temperature exceed 98F and should limit use to 5-15 minutes for safety. ALWAYS closely monitor your children in the hot tub.
- Do not bring any glassware into the tub. Use the supplied metal or plastic cups.
- Please observe neighborhood quiet hours between 10PM to 7AM. Noise complaints may be grounds for non-refundable cancellation of reservation.
- If you have any complaints about the property (amenities, cleanliness, repairs, etc.), upon addressing these issues to the host, you are authorizing one of our staff to enter the property and remedy the issue in a timely manner.
- Please keep noise levels down, especially in the backyard from 10PM to 7AM as a courtesy to the neighbors.
- At the end of your stay, place all used towels in the washer with detergent and start a normal hot cycle. And clean out any personal food or beverages that you may have left in the fridge, freezer, or pantry.
- Unauthorized late checkouts over an hour past 10AM that interfere with cleaning and prepping the space for next guests will incur you a fee of the base daily rate of $120. If the following guests need to cancel their stay in result of this delay, you will also incur the full charge of their stay.
