we really enjoyed our stay. we were staying to celebrate a bachelor party weekend and it was perfect for what we wanted. plenty of bathrooms to get ready and we really liked the huge living area for us to all comfortably hang out in together. the place was exactly how it is described. would definitely recommend for any large party whether a bachelor party or a family.
Overall, we had a great time here.. I do agree with some that there wasn't enough furniture in the living room for the size of the room but we just grabbed the bean bags from the lower level. The first day there we say a couple deer wandering between us and the house near the road, pretty cool. They supplied plenty of towels, etc.. so no need to worry as there was also a washer/dryer upstairs.
Pros: You can tell the owner/manager has been trying to renovate the property which I appreciate, tons of beds, good central location. Cons: no central A/C, little to no fans available- it was 85 degrees in the second floor, no airflow, most windows could not be opened, bugs were getting in through the screens, owner was unresponsive in helping us with our issue. The owner/manager was very prompt in refunding us when we were able to get ahold of them. Again, great spot if you’re having a bachelor party or something.

The house was spacious and had enough room for our large group, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, a few issues made the stay less enjoyable. There was no hot water in the basement, the bed on the top floor was half broken, and the garbage bin outside was already overflowing with trash scattered on the ground. The host said someone would come to clean it up, but no one ever did, so the garbage sat there for our entire stay.Communication with the host was also very difficult. I reached out almost 20 hours before check-in for entry instructions and didn’t hear back until just 30 minutes before check-in time. On check-out day, I let him know the outdoor bin was full and that we’d have to leave garbage inside, but he didn’t respond until four hours after we’d already checked out.Overall, the space itself has potential and worked for accommodating a bigger group, but the lack of upkeep and the poor communication were disappointing. Future guests should be aware of these issues, and hopefully the host can make improvements to create a more comfortable experience.
I was initially hesitant to book because of the remote description, but the property was really lovely and spacious-with plenty of room to accommodate our extended family. It was easy to get to off highway and the windows looking out onto the greenery was so peaceful. A few suggestions were relayed to management co-to improve future stays-The hot water in basement room downstairs was inconsistent going super hot to cold, and some of the included utensils-broken wine opener, grimy potholders/sticky bake sheets, etc could use a refresh.
Perfect location for my sister’s bachelorette party. House was very nice and well maintained and perfect distance for getting into Portland for some fun.
Our family had a wonderful time staying here. It was able to accommodate us all perfectly and gave us a beautiful place to call home for the Christmas week. Everything was so smooth, from booking, to check in, communication and check out. I would definitely stay here again and am grateful for the wonderful experience we had.
The house was perfect for 10 guys taking a weekend away to play golf. The house was huge and had everything we needed. The location is in the woods which was perfect for us as we wanted to be isolated from any neighbors. Everything described in the listing was accurate. We would definitely stay there again!
Lots of space for our group to stay. As noted previously the upstairs was a bit warm. No concerns, we had a lovely stay.

Great place for families! 3 bedrooms upstairs (3rd floor) 1 bedroom downstairs and a huge living area on the main floor! We had ample room for our family of 14. Great location too
We had a wonderful time visiting with our friends in the open living area and the kids LOVED the indoor cornhole, darts and ping pong! Very clean and had everything we needed!!
Me and my group had an amazing time staying here! The space was bigger than we thought and there was plenty to do around this area. We put the ring light to good use as well!
We stayed here for a bach party and it worked great for our large group. Definitely recommend bringing warm weather PJs in the upstairs bedrooms, no AC makes it quite toasty in the summer months. The fans provided were helpful.
