The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the city view in a secured building, located just blocks from the KFC Yum! Center, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th Street Live, Evans Williams Bourbon Distillery, 21c Hotel, 8up, Proof on Main and many others! The building is also walking distance to the Ohio River waterfront where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a breezy jog. You're only 10 minutes away from Historic Churchill Downs.

Getting Around:
Cabs and UBERs frequent the area and are readily available at your service. In addition, the city trolly and bus stops in front of the building. Free parking is available one block over (space is always available) and metered parking is available directly in front of the building (75 cents ph). Additionally, three parking garages and lots are also within the block for s low as $6 per day.

I booked a beautiful room and it completely lived up to what I had envisioned. It was right in the heart of downtown, there is ample parking around the building, and the room was gorgeous. 10/10 would book again
