This is a perfect house for families staying in the area. The house is stocked with all the amenities you would need. Sandy is wonderful to work with and very communicative. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect accommodations ! Well equipped kitchen ( including a crock pot!), cozy living room and comfortable sleeping space. Great space for a family or friends gathering!

We stayed at the Cozy House for a week so we could attend family reunions. It was the perfect place for us while we were there. Karlstad is adorable and you should check out the fun Scandinavian shop in town. The area is full of history, which included my own family over 100 years ago. We truly enjoyed our stay and Sandy was so nice to work with. We would love to come back some day!
