As you walk in this extra-large 1000 sqft beautifully renovated unit with modern touches, you're welcomed with a spacious and inviting open layout that seamlessly blends the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This thoughtful design ensures you can effortlessly entertain and enjoy quality time with loved ones

One queen sized and a full sized bed for your sleeping comfort, with side tables accompanying each bed. TV also in bedroom for your viewing pleasure. Large closet with shelving for clothing storage.

Kitchen has new cabinets with granite countertops, full sized fridge w/freezer, 5-burner gas cooktop, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee machine. Dining table has seating 4 ppl.

Spacious and very comfortable sectional in living room for lounging and watching your favorite programs on the 65 inch TV. The sectional also serves as an extra bed ideal for overnight guests and afternoon naps.

Tastefully decorated and homey, making it ideal for mid and long-term stays.

Conveniently located to many amenities, local restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets, smoking or drugs anywhere on the premises otherwise reservation will be cancelled with no refund. Penalty for unlisted guest is $100/night.
No 3rd party booking allowed. Do not interfere with anything in basement/ laundry area. This is a space with continuous monitoring by building mgmt.
Any damaged items will be charged to guest. Guest’s furniture cannot be moved in. Utility bill in excess of $100 per month will be charged to guest.
