Welcome to our apartment 15 in the house "SEELUST 5a" on Schönberger beach. We welcome you to our sunny, completely renovated in 2012 apartment. In order to make it easy for you to "settle in" and enjoy the holiday from the first hour, we have put together some information for you below:

To the apartment: the entrance is at ground level in the house 5a. Please park your car on the parking space 29. The apartment itself is in the 2nd. Floor, direction sea side. It has 52 square meters, divided into a master bedroom with double bed (1.40 x 2.00), a (children) room with bunk beds (each 0.90 x 2.00) and a spacious living room with comfortable couch.

All rooms have - z. T. lateral - sea view, the living room has a balcony not visible, also with partial view to the Baltic Sea, which is just 200 meters away. On the balcony facing southwest you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. In the living room there is a dining area with hatch to the fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster etc.

LCD TV with DVD player and a good stereo system are standard features, as are some books, games, CDs and DVDs.
Coin washing machine and dryer are in the basement. Operating instructions for all devices can be found in the corresponding folder.

There are a total of 4 sets of bedding for 4 people (4 duvets, 4 pillows 80 x 80). Please use the underlay in the bed box if you want to use the couch as a bed.
The apartment has in all rooms on generous closet and storage space, so that enough space for a longer stay is available.

In the closet (side door) of the master bedroom you will find drying rack, cushions for the summer furniture and an easy-to-use fly screen.

We ask you to refrain from bringing pets, if you want to smoke, we ask you to do so only on the balcony.

The garbage (residual waste, recyclable materials, paper) can be disposed of in the containers at the entrance to the apartment; for "glass" there are u. a. Freely accessible containers at the museum station.

Please leave the apartment "besenrein".

The surrounding area:
From the balcony and the rooms you have a wonderful view of the wide Baltic Sea. Only about 200 meters to the wonderful sandy beach. A surfing and sailing school, the "fishing huts" with their famous fish sandwiches and other delicacies and the hotel and restaurant "Zur Felsenburg" are in the immediate vicinity. The Edeka market, the bakery and other restaurants and small shops are just 5 minutes walk.

In front of the Edeka Markt you will also find the bus stop in the direction of Kiel and the "Tourist-Service", which will gladly assist you with information and advice on events and excursion destinations.
