Located in the attic, it offers a magnificent view of the sailing yacht harbor of Heiligenhafen, the nature reserve Graswarder and the Baltic Sea to the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed and integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, a large hallway with demarcated storage room and two balconies. A balcony facing the marina and the Baltic Sea comes from the living room, a second from the bedroom with a partial view of the lake. Due to the location of the apartment you will be spoiled with sunshine from sunrise to sunset always on one of the two balconies with sun.

The apartment, designed with real wood flooring, has a modern design and at the same time has an individual touch. The living room has a fireplace, which spreads a cozy atmosphere and warmth in the cold season. The kitchenette in magnolia look includes a stove with ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, sink and various built-in wardrobes. The bedroom is equipped with a large built-in wardrobe and box spring beds. A flatscreen (satellite TV), W-Lan, stereo system, CD and DVD player, washing machine and dryer and a coffee machine (in addition to coffee maker) complete the modern decor.

Location and surroundings
The apartment is located in the surrounding by three sides of the water holiday resort of the beach resort Marina Heiligenhafen. Completed at the end of 2015, the holiday resort radiates a special charm through the small thatched cottages scattered throughout the grounds. Along the adjacent marina promenade and the promenade that leads to the pier, there are smaller shops, a bakery (just around the corner of the apartment) and a restaurant.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are many recreational activities that range from sailing and fishing trips on boat trips, surfing, beach volleyball, golfing to cycling excursions. Among the most beautiful experiences is a walk through the unique nature reserve Graswarder with its variety of bird species and a viewing platform of the Nature Conservation Union Germany. In addition, the long Baltic Sea beach to the right and left of the pier to beach walks (including the cliffs of Heiligenhafen), for seasonal swimming in the Baltic Sea or to linger in a beach chair. A special experience is a walk to the far into the Baltic Sea extending 435 meters long pier with seating and lounging facilities, a marine lounge, children's play areas and a bathing deck. Within easy walking distance are also the fishing port and the old town center of the state-recognized Seeheilbad Heiligenhafen with the red-shimmering, imposing city church on a hill (first documented in 1259) in the brick building. Incidentally, Heiligenhafen is one of the sunniest areas in Germany with an above-average number of hours of sunshine.

From Heiligenhafen, it is worth taking a trip to the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck, which is only 70 kilometers away (with the Buddenbrookhaus and many other museums and sights). Other worthwhile goals (such as Kloster Cismar, the Hohwachter Bucht and the Holsteinische Schweiz) are in a sense on the doorstep of Heiligenhafen. If you want to make a quick detour to Copenhagen, in three and a half hours from the train station Oldenburg / Holstein (13 kilometers from Heiligenhafen) with the ICE in the Danish capital.
