Die Top-Lage und der herrliche Balkon mit Meerblick sind unschlagbar. Das Haus wirkt noch frisch, allerdings sind einzelne Gebrauchsspuren nicht zu übersehen. Als störend haben wir die Abluftanlage im Wohnzimmer (zu laut) und die Gastherme im Badezimmer des ersten Obergeschosses (ebenfalls viel zu laut) empfunden.

Eine wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte "Anlage" in bester Lage. Tolle Gastro und schöne Geschäfte, die alle fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ein sehr freundliches Miteinander - egal wo man hinkommt. "Trubel" und Natur liegen dicht beieinander, sodass für jede Stimmung, das Passende zu Verfügung steht. Die Abwicklung von der Buchung bis zur Abreise lief so, wie man sich das wünscht. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal da und kommen gerne wieder.
