The front screen door needs to be replaced - it does not close. But we were happy with our stay. Great location. We found a number of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner and were quite pleased with our stay. Great location. I had a couple of nice hikes in the hills. The museums were fantastic. And we had some great day trips (overlook at White Rock), Taos. We missed Bandelier National Monument (maybe next time!). I would come again.
Nice little place, and things worked out in the end, was a little concerned that I did not get any communication from the host at all, but the necessary information seemed to be on the app. Decent kitchen and bathroom setups, overall better than many I have seen! Bed situation was not quite as described-no pullout couch, but there were twin mattresses in a closet, so again it worked out. One thing that was a little weird was the way extra linens were stored-just stuffed into some drawers/a shelf, so we weren’t sure what was clean, really. Fortunately we had time when we got there and just washed what we needed. Was overall an above average stay, would do it again!
This house was very thoughtfully furnished and equipped. We enjoyed a week of skiing at Pajarito, and the house was probably the closest we could have stayed to the mountain.
I will definitely be coming back to this rental for many more Mimi visits in the future. VERY conveniently located; easy check in and check out; very comfortable and well stocked kitchen! Loved the coffee beans and grinder!! Thank you!
Very clean, comfortable, and well furnished. I would definitely recommend staying here. Quiet and very enjoyable environment. We really liked sitting on the front porch at night and watching the deer. Really convenient location.
Easy to find, good location and easy to get into town and to many area hiking spots. You can hike right from the house if you want, trails everywhere. Very quiet and comfortable.
We visited Los Alamos for oldest grandchild’s graduation and were able to walk to the field. Easy to get to and had everything we needed or could think of. The bottle of wine waiting for us was a nice touch. Would definitely reserve again when we visit.
We had a great time. This is close to town, trails, restaurants, the new urban trail and only 45 minutes to Santa Fe. We enjoy being able to use the heat pump, a new experience for us, so quiet. This is our second stay here and we look forward to more modernization with solar panels, maybe. Thank you for a wonderful time.
The house is very unique and cozy with odd nooks and crannies. Will soon need a deep clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped but needs some more wine glasses.

Directly adjacent to a canyon running trail. Perfect.
We had a great visit to Los Alamos. The location was very convenient for us: close to town and to the trails. One trail is right down the street. The property itself was well supplied and the kitchen worked well. We enjoyed the opportunity to using another heat pump and it worked great. I look forward to coming back and maybe by then the property will have gone solar. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The house could have been cleaner (vents are dirty, dust bunnies in corners, etc). The home was cold when we arrived, and by the time we heard back from the host to learn how to turn up the heat, it was to late to warm the home for the first night. One of the smoke detectors had a low battery and was continually beeping. The ceiling was too high to be reached with a chair. The host stated there were batteries in the closet and did not offer a ladder. There were no batteries in the closet, and luckily, I had a tall friend (6'7") that was able to come over and remove the batteries for the weekend.
Pleasant and clean with a few details lacking. No potholders, dish cloths, or dish towels. Access directions should say that the property and driveway do not face the street that the address is on.
Overall a wonderful place but the ceiling fan and light in the bathroom was sooooo dusty that it fell to the floor. When we checked for belongings at time of check out we looked under the beds which was also very dusty.
When we had a problem with the heat the manager got back to us in less then 15 minutes
