Our 2 night stay was outstanding at this little cabin! Check -in and communication with Heidi, the property owner, was flawless. When we asked for a little flexibility on check-in time, Heidi was happy to accommodate us immediately. She couldn't have been nicer about our request. The cabin was very clean and comfortable (beds were terrific) and fully stocked with everything we needed. Sheets and towels were provided, which we greatly appreciated. The back deck was perfect for us and our dogs and the back yard was well kept and beautiful as it backed up onto deep woods. All systems - air conditioning, fans, hot water, functioned perfectly. Overall, this is a 5 star property and I highly recommend it. Thank you, Heidi, for sharing it with us!

This is where we stay when visiting family in the area. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if this cabin is available. We had a snowfall while we were there and someone even plowed out the driveway. Great service and much appreciated.

This cabin is great for ATV riding.. on the trail system and many places to explore .. Loved it
The owner's where very attentive when we had an issue come up. Came right over and fixed the problem and made sure to give us a follow up call to make sure everything was good.
Beautiful cabin. Very very clean. There were 3 of us staying for 2 nights. Easy to get to and easy check in and check out. We came for a college reunion weekend and will definitely come back next year. We will plan to stay longer and enjoy a little more of Maine.
This Cabin was so nice, new, clean and very comfy. We had the pleasure of meeting our host Heidi who was super nice and very friendly. Our stay was perfect! Will definitely book this place again…we just love this whole area!
Loved our stay! We were there for the bitter cold weekend (-60 with wind-chill) and stayed warm and toasty! Beautiful knotty pine interior and very homey feel! Heidi is extremely welcoming and quick to respond to any questions! Highly recommend this place!

The cabin was better than I expected. Very cozy. We want to go back up during colder weather to use the wood stove. :-) Abbott bakery is mouth watering.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cozy cabin. It was close to family which was perfect to minimize travel. Loved the knotty pine and true cabin feel. Had everything we needed, full kitchen. The gas stove kept the whole place warm. There are electric wall units in the bathroom but we didn't need to use them. The host Heidi kept us informed before and during the rental. Very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. We would highly recommend this rental.
This is our second year staying at the cabin during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was just as great a stay as last year. We enjoy how open but cozy it is, the charm of the knotty pine and being close to our family. There is everything you need including for cooking. The gas stove was plenty warm for us, but there are other heaters in the bedroom and bathroom if you need it super toasty. Heidi is a great host making sure we had everything and always available if any questions. It snowed while we were there. The driveway was plowed and she offered to shovel the front stairs but we took care of it ourselves. Plenty of ice melt and a shovel are provided. Our young great niece, nephew enjoyed staying with us a couple of nights. It's perfect having the primary bedroom at the opposite side of the cabin from the second bedroom. We're looking forward to staying again in 2024. Thanks Heidi!
This was the second time I’ve stayed here. The first was last summer with my son for an ATV trip and this latest one I was by myself to visit family, friends and to do some snowmobiling. It’s the perfect place for all these activities. Right on the ATV/snowmobile trails and about 25 minutes from Moosehead Lake. The cabin was super clean and well stocked with the basic amenities and much more. Heidi was super responsive to my communications and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here!
