2 Large Bedroom Suites both with private full bath, Queen beds and extra large closets. Internet TV in Living room and both bedrooms for your enjoyment. Additional Twin bed upon request. A Queen sleeper sofa with is located in the Office/Den. Large private outdoor deck with Plenty of Comfy seating! Family Games and Rainy Day activities included.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided.
The Fully equipped kitchen has a full size stove/oven and built in microwave as well as full size refrigerator with ice maker! Every small appliance for your convenience, Keurig & Full size coffee maker as well as Blender, Mixer, Electric Grill, Air Popper and much more!
Each Bedroom Suite is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, desk and beautiful bed and bath linens. Between the bedrooms is a Full Size Washer & Dryer as well as ironing equipment. 2 assigned parking spots right in front included. You can book with confidence!

Great Augusta getaway for the Masters

Very nice, well-kept townhome about 8-10 minutes from Augusta national. 2 marked parking spots in front. Generously stocked with fruit, granola bars, bottled water, and coffee. Great place to stay for A Masters trip!

GREAT LOCATION

This is place fit our needs perfectly for attending the Master's. Close to the venue, many places to shop, eat and drink. This place was clean and has 2 and ½ baths (not noted on site) which was perfect. Maria went out of her way to accommodate a few special request I had. I would recommend this property in you are looking for a place in Augusta.

I am proud wife of a wonderful Army Veteran and Full time Career Real Estate Broker. My husband, Chris, and I have travelled the world together and raised a very large family who are all out in the world now - spreading their wings!
I grew up in the Augusta area and after military retirement, almost 20 years ago, we decided to make this our permanent home again! Immediately, I saw a need in this area for “furnished rentals” especially short term. There were none here at that time. I wanted to provide a True Home Away From Home experience, like I had wished for many times while traveling with my family for the Army! From Day 1 that has been my goal - to provide a HOME for Guests that will take that stress off of them giving more freedom to enjoy their time here !
During Guests stay in my properties, I am always a phone call away and either myself or Chris will answer any request or need as it arises! Your Comfort Is My Priority!

Why they chose this property

I have poured my heart and soul into this townhome! So much thought went into the style, furnishings, amenities, paint and everything else during the renovation. The kitchen was a BIG Deal. Everything is provided for Guests to prepare and store all types of food and sit down to relaxing meals. The question I constantly ask myself is “How does that benefit the Guest?”. That is why guests will find a wide assortment of small appliances and utensils in the kitchen…. Or large linen laundry hampers in each bedroom.
A minimalist approach seems to provide the most relaxing atmosphere and allows plenty of space for guest belongings whether staying for 4 days or 4 months!

What makes this property unique

The Lemon Tree is very close to Everything! I know that sounds cliche but, it is! Literally 5 minutes to any type of shopping you could ask for and about 15 minutes to downtown and other Medical districts as well as Ft Gordon and The Augusta National.
The neighborhood is very small and quiet, providing guests a break from the hubbub of work, traffic and over crowded hotels/apartments.
